Visit was great! Collin really helped me with everything I needed. Very calm, relaxed, and collected demeanor which I appreciate! Walked out with a brand new iPhone 15 pro max! The best part was the bundle he offered. Screen protector, charging block and a great case! All for $60?! Will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Collin was an amazing help. We can in later in the day. And despite numerous technical difficulties he was patient, knowledgeable, and where most people would have just paused the process for a different day he called customer service and sorted out all of our issues. Would definitely revisit this location.

The Verizon representative was very helpful an informative and very professional , also went above an beyond gave tips an advice on a few devices, i am very happy to have switched providers an to have had the Representative that actually enjoys her job an is very well versed in such. It's crazy that a simple visit to get a new phone ended with me not just feeling good about everything I purchased but just good overall. The customer service was great. Ana did great with everything and made sure I understood everything clearly. Her supervisor did a great job of being aware of everything not just within our transaction, while not hovering, and with everything around the store as well. He did little things, like notice someone that parked outside that may have needed help with the door and was quick to assist. Overall, it was a warm visit and everyone was super friendly. Great customer service overall.

Service in most wireless stores can be hit, or miss, to say the very least. This store, and my experience was a shining example of what it could be and what true customer service is supposed to be. The customer service representative, Terrel, that helped me was an absolute All Star! He answered my questions well and with context when necessary. Go here, talk to Terrel, you will not be sorry.

Jacque helped my husband and I upgrade our phone plans. He was very friendly and attentive, answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations based on our specific needs to help us decide on which models to choose. He also made sure that we got the best possible deal. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Great Service!!!! The best service I have ever had since being with Verizon!!! I literally went in to the store to not renew my contract but to see what my terms were. I had enough of Verizon and my phone was stolen. My past experience Verizon workers were not helpful or polite. My experience today completely different. Sales person Ana was awesome and I even added more devices!! Lol shout out to Ana in Store on FM 78 San Antonio for giving the best service!!! If you need a phone in the San Antonio area See Ana!!
