The UPS Store

I have NO idea why anyone would rate this store so low. I’ve been here numerous times to ship bracelets that I sell to raise awareness about my best friends missing persons case from back home in Dallas. (It’s now a homicide investigation. Her name is Mercedes Clement) but anyway! This store has always been super helpful! Especially an employee named Josie! They help me find the cheapest way to ship my jewelry and they always make sure I have the tracking numbers to give to my customers. I had lots of bad experiences with the UPS store that’s over by the Costco in Fountain Valley. Thanks you guys for always helping me and always being friendly! I appreciate y’all so much!

I shared a review and while the review is still the same, I listed the wrong store. I had been to 2 different stores in 3 days and wrote Gardena instead of Fountain Valley.

I'm usually just dropping off my Amazon returns, but ALWAYS have had a solid and positive experience. Not sure about the negative reviews based on shipping costs - bottom line - shipping rates have increased.

I have been using this store for the last 4 years. The staff is always professional and quick. I primarily use the UPS Store for morning shipments that I need packaged well and sent out on time. I myself do not have time to stand in line at the post office. This service caters better to my needs and time table. They may be priced higher than the guy next door but the level of service they provide matches that and more.

They offer quality packaging and shipping that I am very happy with. Thanks again guys for all your help!

Omg such a better experience than the UPS store downtown on main. I had to print the return label and it was smooth no problems here! the place downtown couldn’t find my email when I sent it 5 times, saw proof in my email outbox, forcing me to use their computer which charges per minute I think and ugh that was a headache. But this store was not like that! Will be back!

Cannot believe the ridiculous comments on here. My parents own a UPS store in Los Angeles, it is a small business. Uninformed and plain rude comments can make or break these kinds of places. There are some young high-school kids behind the counter, true, but just ask them for what you want and they are kind and helpful. Walking in entitled and in a rush isn't going to end well anywhere you go. The owner always has really cute seasonal products and gifts. I share the display with my parents every holiday 😊

Update: their service has improved in past 2 weeks so I’m giving them stars.

Is ok.. but if you are returning Amazon, FYI, it’s next day you’ll see the refund.. whereas other UPS it’s 2-4 hours after you dropped it off like Amazon said.

I’ve always had the best service from this UPS store! They do an incredible job packing items (fragile family heirlooms packed by them arrived 100% intact!). They have Notary service on site, and their seasonal items are sooo cute! Great knowledgeable staff.

After my 3rd attempt to return a package through UPS, this location was extremely helpful and we got my package returned! Friendly team

Speaking primarily of the staff. It's holiday season. Line out the door. I waited. The gal who helped greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help. Not the slight bit of annoyance coming through her tone even though she was extremely busy and dealing with the gamut/onslaught of people. Kudos to her.
