My mother was lost and end up in Balch Springs. The manager was so kind. She let my mom use her phone to call us to come get her. Then she went above and beyond by going outside to wait with her because she was concerned due to my mom's age. She is 88 and had let her phone at the CVS in Dallas and tried to go back to get it when she got lost and ended up in Balch Springs where she helped her. Absolutely wonderful!

I love the staff. Always super nice. Of all the years living in the area, not one complain from me. Well, I do have a complain, they close at 930pm. I have to drive 15 more mins for a 24hr store that is not in the safest place to be.
