Angelina was literally an angel! I had about 50 headbands I had to return and she was so sweet and very helpful with the whole thing I’m so thankful she was there to help with it all! We need more customer service workers like this. I will definitely be coming back here just because of how wonderful she was!! She also didn’t make me feel rushed or nervous about it cause I definitely was. Thanks again Angelina! :))

Angelina at the Westminster store on Beach by Target was super helpful. I needed help with a label I needed to print and she went above and beyond putting it in a stick on window for my package. I missed the USPS pickup for the day and needed to ship via usps today so she didn’t have to do this because I was shipping elsewhere. Very sweet and helpful.

I went here last week to do a return and was helped by Chase. The return itself was quick and easy, while Chase was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the return process. I'll definitely continue going here for my deliveries and returns

Sagar was very helpful. With very little information, he was able to handle the return of medical equipment and pack it all up for us. He talked through everything we needed to know and made sure we understood the receipt and proof of return.

Briana is great. Positive attitude. She found a solution for my shipping bag in,just a quick second.

Super friendly staff, Sagar helped me get a few Amazon returns done and also assisted me with a family photo printed on canvas. The store is also always clean and inviting!

I can't say enough good things about this UPS location. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and Chase, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me in figuring out how to ship a large package to a client. What truly stood out was the fact that I had been purchasing specialty boxes from ULINE for several years, only to discover they were a bit of a scam as they wouldn't seal properly and were prone to damage that shipping insurance wouldn’t cover! Surprisingly, no other shipping store had ever pointed out the flaws in the packaging before. Chase not only helped me fix the box but also provided more cost-effective alternatives for future shipments. Thanks to his expertise, I've saved SO MUCH MONEY ON SHIPPING and my products are in safer packaging. I'll definitely be coming back for all my future shipping needs.

I do Amazon returns on a relatively regular basis as I do 80% of my shopping on Amazon. Now every time I visit this place to do said returns, they ALWAYS greet me with a smile and are surprisingly friendlier than other UPS stores. Even though this location is a bit further from my home compared to other UPS stores, I choose this place when I just want my day brightened up a tiny bit from some friendly interactions.

Awesome service! Had a painting I needed to ship. Taped it up with multiple cardboard boxes Frankenstein-style, and upon entering thru the front door of the store my sad boy broke apart. An employee and I locked eyes for a beat then burst out laughing. Said employee came round to help me out. He quickly packaged it UPS-style and I was on my way. I said thanks Ace. We locked eyes again, then he said no it’s Chase. 10 out of 10 would do that again.

Friendly& fast service. Sara has been working the last few visit I had here at this location, and always helps me carry my big packages up and processes things quickly for me.
