Starbucks

I wanted to share my experience this morning. The man cashiering today turned my day around. I'm getting ready to go to a funeral this weekend and then I get news that another family member passed away. He could tell I was having a tough day and was so friendly and sincere. He made me smile and restored my faith in good service and amazing human beings. Thank you and I hope God blesses him

Cool location! Fast service and friendly staff. Clean!

What I like the most about this Starbucks is that they have a lot of seating available so it can work for small or larger groups. But, it also works for one person.

The two gentlemen working today were awesome! This is my second experience with them and it's the best service each time. They are extremely friendly, positive attitudes, and genuinely good people. I will drive the extra distance to continue to do business with them.

This store puts the "STAR" in Starbucks with coffee and service so good it had me seeing stars. Not to mention every single employee there is a star in their own way. Mmmm coffee

The coffee roasts tend to have a slightly burnt undertaste, in my humble opinion. In addition, the menu prices are somewhat expensive for coffee, teas, desserts and baked goods that seem to be a tad bit above average. The service at this location is acceptable.

This is the absolute best Starbucks! I enjoy coming here, which says a lot for someone who isn’t a morning person. The employees here always greet me with a smile. They always make conversation. I just love it. It’s a great way to start my day! :)

I frequent many starbucks in the area and they all differ slightly when it comes to costumer service and atmosphere. What stands out at this particular location is the space available. Many seats to choose from like high tables, booths and sofas.

Today was a crazy day. I placed a mobile order at 2pm, planning to have enough time to run to my pharmacy and then grab the drinks. My first mistake was not thinking it was Saturday and the pharmacy would be busy. Then, I thought I had placed the mobile order at the Starbucks down the street from my pharmacy…..BUT I screwed up abs had placed then at the one closest to my house. The drinks all were cold blended drinks and by this time I was 30 minutes late for my orders. I called the store and talked to Keith. After explaining the situation to him, he offered to remake the frozen drinks for me as they were already melting. That was my first spectacular impression of this gentleman and his staff. It was MY fault for being late, yet he totally offered. The second thing that blew me away was after the drinks were remade fresh, they offered to let me have the semi melted ones and no extra charge!!! (Which I shared abs gave to my neighbors.)
I’m sorry this was such a long story but I worked in retail for over 25 years and this was a prime example of outstanding, extraordinary, and above & beyond service that a lot of businesses lack. Thank Keith and your staff for being so kind and understanding today. It made my bad day so much better. I’m sorry I didn’t have cash to leave you guys a tip for your wonderful service, but I hope your store manger or district manager sees this and does something special for you guys cause you deserve it. Thank you thank you and 5 stars go to Keith and his staff today Saturday April 23rd for making my day even better!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sometimes you can tell they are short staffed but props to them for trying love this starbucks 💕

I have visited 2 other Starbucks before this store asked for kid friendly drinks no recommendations. The gentleman that helped us was amazing and even made a special kid drink for my son. He was so happy and said it was delicious! He had birthday $ and left him a tip lol. Amazing customer service will definitely make the 20m drive out there more often totally worth it!

Best Starbucks ever! Employees are very friendly and the drinks are made just right! Too bad I live in Rockwall, but when I come over here I always go to this one. Don't forget to tip them, they deserve it 🙂.

The cashier and baristas were very nice. My drink was made perfectly. I really enjoy my experience at this Starbucks. The associates do a great job. It is a busy location, but they keep up well and have a good attitude.

I work near this location and often come in the morning to pick up a refresher since it's the only thing with caffeine in it that doesn't give me headaches. Weekends are very busy so I recommend doing mobile orders on weekends, but otherwise they're usually pretty quick! I've only ever had one issue with a drink and these guys had it fixed and remade within about two minutes. Overall, this is a great location and I'll be continuing to come here.

This is quickly becoming my favorite Starbucks, and actually, my favorite City. I've been to a lot of places probably 50 + Starbucks, and I've been able to chat with some of the employees here trying to see what makes it so great, and it's their reluctance to approach what some people might call problem customers because they believe that they're not problem customers. For me that's awesome, because I suffer from homelessness and even though I work often enough and I am able to make purchases, it's hard to give me the benefit of the doubt when I show up without work or money and I hang around. These people are awesome, they go out of their way to be a part of my day they smile, greet me by name, tell me that they're rooting for me. Thanks guys.

The staff was super festive and really enjoyed their job! Their customer service was through the roof! In addition to that, they even pronounced my name right! Woohoo! Shoutout to the staff on suggesting the praline and cream new seasonal beverages! My parents and I each got one and loved it! I’ll 100% be back!

A group of us, 6, decided to stop by Starbucks for coffee after dinner. The line was a bit long but we got our orders fairly quick. Staff were polite, other guests were cordial, we had a good evening catching up and pleasantly enjoyed our night.

Must try the iced apple crisp for the fall season, it will have you "falling" in love with the sweet notes of caramel apple and spice. Also with the blonde espresso, you just might run back for another one before the season is out
