Even though it turned out that I didn't have a t mobile Sims card the staff were friendly and professional. Still tried to help me as much as they could.

My husband and I came in today and got new iPhone 14 Plus’s with EASE due to Tron’s exceptional customer service. He took his time and explained everything in detail and addressed all our questions and concerns. He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and helped us find a deal that worked around us! If you haven’t been here before or even if you have I recommend Tron for ALL services. He even got us set up with T-Mobiles home wifi after the last rep sold us and told us the wrong information. This was the BEST service I’ve had by far from any T-mobile representative both in store and over the phone. Been a member for over 2 years and his service alone will guarantee more in the future.

In and out in 10 minutes to upgrade my phone. Pleasant experience compared to 10 years ago, where they used to pretty much run you out of the store trying to upsell every other thing you didn't want to buy.

It was the best experience I have had in a long time. Tron and Alicia made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. They both explained everything and answered all of our questions. I unfortunately had some troubles with the people sending the phone but thankful for both them in the store. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got her phone for Christmas. Id recommend anybody to go see Tron and Alicia. Five stars for both of them.

Was helped immediately and was out in under 15 minutes. T-Mobile has superior customer service unlike AT&T.

I had a great experience here went in for a old phone I had that the sim card had gotten stuck in since I had got the s22 ultra pre-ordered and I was giving my old Note 10 to a family member and they were able to help me get the card out and everything would recommend

We had a very difficult case to resolve today and the two workers there were very knowledgeable, diligent, and helpful in coming to a suitable resolution for us even though we are transferring providers. Highly recommend!

The best service hands down. Sean Lowry has the best customer service I have ran across in such a long time. Please keep him in your company he is a great asset and you should have more like him.

The employees at this store are awesome. Very friendly and professional. If I have a problem, they help me get it fixed right away. I always have great service when I go into this store. I live in GA but I always travel to this store because of the great service I receive every time I go into this store.

Great store with outstanding customer service. I switched carriers and the manager Sean Lowry had everything waiting on me when I arrived in the store. Smooth seamless process I was in and out. By far the best in the CSRA. I'll be coming back soon for an upgrade.

I haven't had a bad experience yet. Always get questions answered straight forward. Side note, when they get busy, they are BUSY! So might want to come back later, but great people there.

Went for our Tuesday gift to find out they had none left . Account of giving more than one out to other s . That did not have T Mobile accounts .
