Lindsey knows her coffee! The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Clean environment, attentive staff, and exceptional coffee! I had the Carmel machiato hot, with so many options that I can not remember them all. :) It was the best coffee I have ever had! If you are in the area, stop by and try any of the offerings, I am sure you will be pleased.

LC Coffee Shack has a great atmosphere where you can hang out & unwind over your preferred choice of coffee or chai tea drinks!!

The ladies that run it really go above & beyond to take care of the customers! Whether I've stopped at their physical location or the food truck, they know who their regular customers are.

Even if your not a regular customer, everyone is welcome to call ahead with orders. They also always do their best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order & are willing to make modifications to your order.

Best coffee around! We drive from burke county just to go to LC whether shes at her shop or shes at walmart in granite. They are our favorite coffee shop. Service is always great. We can go and tell them we want a surprise and they work their magic every time!!! Lindsay struck gold between her and kat in my opinion!

Without a doubt, this ranks as one of the most exceptional customer service experiences of my life! When I stopped by the truck stationed outside of Granite Falls Walmart, a barista named Kat provided me with impeccable, personalized service that truly made my entire week. On top of this, the other woman present was also remarkably attentive and kind, although I completely forgot to ask her name. From start to finish, the entire experience was phenomenal, with Kat even going so far as to tailor my drink to my specific preferences. Needless to say, I'll definitely be a repeat customer and will be telling everyone I know just how amazing this business truly is!

Love love love this place they are always so welcoming and nice, you can talk to them like youa re best friends and the drinks are great. It's nice to be able to say surprise me and get a great drink

Lindsey runs hands down the best coffee/energy drinks place around. They all are amazing at how they can remember your order from last time. We stop by a few times a week and always have a good experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Absolutely 5 stars!

Omgoodness where do I begin...the drinks here are amazing! My personal favorite would be a white chocolate snickers frappe with salted caramel drizzled in the cup. So many variations to chose from and if you have trouble deciding they'll be happy to help you. The service is top of the line, not to mention none other compares to the quality and taste with LC, I have tried several others and it was a waste of my money so now I only get from the best. ❤

Lindsey took the time to craft my request even though it wasn't on the menu. It was delicious and better than I had requested! She and her co worker were cheerful and personable even though they were slammed with customers. My favorite coffee truck! Can't wait to try the store location!

Absolutely amazing drinks and always adding more. The friendliness of the owner and all the staff is what really keeps me coming back though. Super inviting, get to know you, and treat you like family.

Another "discovery" that was a complete surprise. This is an excellent coffee shop for groups because it's pretty spacious and has large tables. The coffee was perfect...but the staff are the stars. They are truly the sweetest and most gracious I've had the pleasure of meeting.

The girls here take such good care of me! Great coffee. Love being able to txt my order so it's ready as soon as I walk in. So many wonderful choices and the girls are full of suggestions of things to try.

I saw the lady who drives the Coffee Shack food truck helping an elder woman pump her gas today. I’ve never had the pleasure of trying their products but I will definitely look for them in the future considering the kindness I witnessed today. Anyone who will take the time to assist a senior citizen with such genuine kindness deserves to have our patronage.

Specialized drinks for everyone's liking! Don't like coffee, she has a solution. Don't like milk, she has a solution. Want to try something new and different, just ask, she has something creative!

If you want a special coffee, then this the place to go. They have a large variety of cold coffees and hot coffee. Smoothies, frappes, etc. They have regular coffee as well. I love this place!

Nobody will EVER come close or stand a chance against this place. Lindsey is fantastic at what she does and who she is as a person
