CVS

As someone who usually has bad experiences at pharmacies, I had a great one today. Thank you and I'll keep coming back for all of my prescriptions.

Bryan at the front counter is very helpful and very kind and always helps me with my pictures that need to be printed.

Love this CVS location!! Out of all other locations, this was the most helpful and patient with me! The pharmacist (Noor) was a great help and explained to me everything I needed to know step by step! Thank you for being patient with me, I really appreciate all your help! God bless.

My experience was great the staff all greeted us when we walked into the store. It was clean and everything was fully stocked withsome great deals as well

The pharmacy staff was wonderful and polite when I went up to get my booster.

Good drug store

Very short staffed all the time. Pharmacy only usually only has 1 person working. Wait times exceed what it should. They need alot more help.

Ripping off the senior apt building next door. There are not many options in the area especially for people/seniors who don’t drive or don’t have a ride. As a result this store has a captive audience and they play the seniors like violins. These people (CVS) need to show some shame. CVS is expensive anyway but this store is over the top. The prices are absolutely ridiculous! My cat’s canned food usually cost between 78 and 85 cents a can. It cost me 3 dollars for two cans here. A box of Kleenex was $3.75!!! When I said to the young man about the prices and he commented the staff had no control over the prices. I then said I wouldn’t work here because they’re ripping off the seniors next door. His response was you gotta work somewhere. ??? So says the executioner??

What has happened to the only store we have in downtown Romulus! They never have the meds needed to fill our prescriptions, not enough staff at pharmacy and the worse thing is the nasty floors! Omg...this is a pharmacy ...will be moving to another pharmacy...can't take this anymore

Have to wait an extra day to get antibiotics for my child because they couldn’t just give it to me on their “lunch break”. They were able to come out and tell me that, but not give the prescription. Thanks.

I went in to by some Coke that was supposedly on sale-3 8pk for $12. I go to register and they all rang up @5.49 each. They were supposed to be on sale. I was told by the cashier that you have to have a CVS card to get the sale price. It did not say that on the tag. They are very overpriced and will not be shopping at any CVS anymore. Walgreens is cheaper....
