Mattress Firm Delta Shores

Alex was great at Delta Shores Mattress Firm. They are very knowledgeable and patient. They were very present and available. They weren’t super pushy with pressured sales pitches. I felt comfortable and not pressured. I was satisfied with my purchase and it was delivered the next day. I will go back again for future purchases. I wasn’t talked into expensive mattress purchases nor talked out of lower price purchases.

Shara was very helpful and was knowledgeable. We really like the brands that they carry at Mattress Firm and the Delta Shores location is convenient for us. We feel that the price point was good and the delivery time was very reasonable. The ten year warranty is fantastic. We are returning customers and the last bed did last ten years.

I really enjoyed my purchasing experience with Mattress Firm. I was helped by Eldridge Cisco. He was patient, friendly, extremely knowledgewable, and professional. He went out of his way to be helpful. His service was beyond my greatest expections! He should be commended for his excellent service.

Quickly greeted and was offered professional help. I was helped by Kyle and he really knew what he was talking about. He had answers to every question and even had further follow up details to every question. This was my third visit to a mattress firm and finally I bought the perfect mattress due to Kyle’s knowledge, passion and care for customers.

Walked in and right away was greeted by employees. Eldridge came up to us and asked us what brought us in the store. We were only looking into checking out some mattresses but with how informative and helpful Eldridge was throughout the entire experience in the store we ended up purchasing a mattress we planned on purchasing next month! My partner and I felt comfortable as Eldridge had asked us about our sleeping habits, what our preferences were as individuals and helped us pick the right mattress for the both of us. Eldridge was great to work with! My husband and I came in with some ideas of what we wanted and he gave us time to check out all the beds and then spent the time to go through all the details and educate us on the mattress we were buying. No awkwardness and no pressure to rush through the buying process.

I can't say enough about the experience shopping and now after purchase. I've had my mattress for about a month and a half now. KYLE is the man. He was extremely knowledgeable and through a short interview of my wife and I he got us a list of beds in a large price range and help narrow it down. We ended up going with one that he didn't initially think of but after having it for a month and a half I feel my life's changed between my emotional state and how I feel as far as being rested. Can't say enough good things. Thank you Kyle we love our purple mattress.

We were super impressed with Alex our sales person. He listened and showed us what we were looking for and it was on sale to boot. We were able to pick up the new mattress same day from local warehouse.

The staff here were amazingly helpful when I went to purchase a mattress. I worked directly with staff member Sarah and she was so kind and listened to my 500 (or more) questions. All of the purchasing steps were made very clear and I would rate my experience 10 out of 10!

My daughter is very happy with her new mattress. It was easy to buy with excellent customer service. Delivery was earlier than expected and took away old mattress and box spring for free.

Salomon was very helpful with us in choosing a mattress. Not pushy at all, gave us the time we needed to look around and test out, but provided us good information to make an informed decision. Had he been pushy, we probably would have left without purchasing. But, we decided to proceed with a new mattress because of his helpful demeanour and no-pressure environment.
