Party City

This is my second time visiting this location. Both times were great experiences! Today I had to go for balloons. Marisol was so helpful as well as patient. She even took the time to put air in different balloons to show me the different texture and what it would look like. Her customer service was impeccable, which of course is a plus for me! I definitely recommend this location and will go again in the future.

Love going there everyday the workers are so friendly and helpful been buying lots of candy and putting it out in the Halloween 🎃 bowl at my job to share with coworkers and ale house regulars

The store manager Danny went above and beyond to help me with my request. I really appreciate the customer service I received at this location. I called 7 locations that were not willing to go the extra mile. Danny did it with a great attitude, in a timely manner. I hope the corporation knows what a gem of an employee they have. Thank you I am a very happy customer!!!

I was trying to find a last minute Halloween costume 3 days before Halloween. I walked in the store, already expecting the worse-sold out on everything. It wasn’t until I got to the costume pick up area and I asked I believe the young lady’s name was Maurkashe, for assistance. She went above and beyond to find any costume she had available in my size just to assist. She didn’t have to waste her time looking for a costume for me but she did. I truly do appreciate her customer service. (This happened on 10/27/2021 @ around 8:15 PM)

Everyone working here was so nice and helpful! This is how Party City used to be when I was younger so it’s nice to see people in the store who can help you again! It really makes a difference!

Well it's party city. I like this one because most of the time it's not very busy. Employees are on top of things. The line at the register don't get too long. The shelves are always stocked and everything are where they are supposed to be. Parking can sometimes be difficult to find very close to the entrance, but this shopping center has lots of parking in the big open lot.

Andrea and David were very helpful. We were looking for fortnite theme stuff. Pinata didn't have but knock off. Too small size of a cereal box. So we been to many places can't find. But this party city. We figured we can make it. So we bought a rectangular box. Covered it then put the fortnite decoration. Front and back came out beautiful. Thank you for your help and being so patient with us.
