Contact from George Sinks offices were prompt, and the representative Ms. Tina was very informative and compassionate. She thoroughly went through my do's and don't. The explanation of the next steps, signing of documents, and communication was excellent. This is just the beginning. However, so far, I would definitely recommend them. Unfortunately, I met in an accident & so upon the advice of a friend of mine, I reached out to George Sink to get some information as to how to go about the issue & have some questions answered.

The first person I spoke with was a Sonja Jones. She was absolutely phenomenal, patient & I could tell she’s an overall people person. She wasn’t just all about the potential case but actually had a conversation with me, asking questions about myself & sharing a little about herself as well. Truth is, I felt safe & comfortable having the company deal with me based on my initial interaction with her.

The second person I spoke with was my assigned legal assistant & then with my lawyer. The interaction with them was just as informative, personable & comfortable. And for that, I thank the team & would most definitely recommend anyone to use them!

Had a car hit me in the back unfortunately & was referred to George Sink by my chiropractor. Rachel Harris was amazing handling my case! She kept me updated & was very easy to talk to.
I'm grateful she was with me every step of the way & got me back an amount I'm happy with!

Ms. Sonja has been great to me. She was very patient with me! I love how she took her time to hear me over the phone at first it was a rocky start with the signal weakness, she worked with me through it! She didn’t have an attitude or got frustrated when I didn’t know a lot of things. I’m so glad i called when I did because I never been handled so gently while I was frustrated myself.

I became a client of George Sink Law firm after an auto accident in May of 2023. As a retired Navy veteran, I knew I could trust them to look out for a fellow vet.Things seemed to be moving slowly until my case was recently transferred to attorney Colin Snow and his paralegal Laura Jones. Attorney Snow called to advise me that he had contacted the responsible insurance company and received a settlement offer and is waiting on the medical bills to be compiled to finalize my claim. Attorney Snow has great customer service skills and a friendly attitude and is a credit to the George Sink law firm.

So I called in today to get some assistance. I got to speak with a young lady by the name of Leticia/GTS. She was so patient with me and very understanding. She didn't come off as fake at all. If I could just speak with her while dealing with my situation I would in a heart beat. I am not always the easiest to understand but she made me feel welcomed and understood. I hope her boss tells her what I have said about her. She really isn't working for a check. Her personality sold the companies services for me.
