I have dealt with many companies over the years in the building trades. Some have been good and some not so much. However, AAA Glass and Mirror actually called me back right away and then we set up a day for them to come take measurements and helps us decide what we wanted. Warren and his crew made the entire process very easy on us, both on the budget side of things and on the expertise side of things. All our questions and concerns were not only handled but they actually explained everything to us. Thanks again for the great craftsmanship and care in handling and valuing our business. This company is run by my son and he is very professional in his work.This has been his dream since he was old enough to swing a hammer.I was in the glass business for a few years but went on to pursue my dream (if you will )in other fields of work I was more content with but my son was content with his glass business which he is very good at.He specializes in all forms of construction too so if you want a job done right he's the one to call.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered the Glass in August of 2023, it is now March 2024. They have come twice now with the glass improperly cut. Everytime they would say "Well we don't know what happened, we will take it back and re-cut". I waited patiently. However, like I said, it's now March AND everytime they had to come out, and it was wrong they had to give the boss a call. Who they said "didnt pick up so they will talk back at the office". Well today, I am expecting a delivery at 8am for the 3rd time with the proper glass. Well by 9am no-one has showed. I call and get a hold of the boss who tells me hasn't fixed it yet, and he will let me know when he does to schedule a new delivery. I tell him that I am dissapointed as I was told it would be ready, and now he is saying he hasn't even started and cant set a new date? He then VERY rudely tells me "Well I didn't have your number, and my men should not have told you it would be fixed by now, or scheduled a re-dilevery, and you are welcome to go with another glass company!" First wise words he said in the entire call. "Thats exactly what I am doing now." As he then promptly hung up on me. Don't waste your time or money with this company. Your glass wont get done right, the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time, deliveries wont be made, and service (from the boss specifically) is AGRESSIVE and RUDE. I feel bad for the mployees working undersomeone like him. Shame on AAA glass.
