Came to the er for strep, and they treated me AMAZINGLY! They were fast paced! Listened to all my problems. I feel very cared for #goowls!

!Arrived at ER with cardiac problems and was admitted for test and observation 🙃 I was very pleased with the Dr's and nursing staff! Kindness and concern was shown by All! The facility and my room was very clean and bedding was changed regularly. Food was pretty good for hospital food and was always hot and fresh. I felt like I was on vacation with room service! 😆 Really good experience.

There clearly needs to be some professional development on the importance of HIPAA Laws and what can happen when they are violated! This is where the rumor mill is greased!

This place was horrible and the ER doctor was also the ER doctor for Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello Ar for a few weeks ago. And was that he stole my phones and phone Numbers to give to the Andrew -jacob- Williams to hack into them and broadcast me on the dark web on a website of my life that makes money off of my phones without my permission or consent to do anything.

My son had a vehicle accident and went to the hospital where he sat for 2 hours and was never seen. The clerk at the front told us that they are taking more serious issues first and then they will get to him. She had no idea what kind of pain he was in or anything but she made sure to get his insurance information. These people don't have any professional skills or training to be sitting in the front, instead of remodeling and adding on they should have closed it down!

Worst "hospital" I've ever seen or been to. I went in with a heart attack on a work trip and was not helped and told I was "over dosing on marijuana". Needs to be shut down.

There are only three cars in the parking lot and I've been here two hours. They haven't called, checked to see if we have a pulse or anything...I failed to mention one other person is in the waiting area also, who has been here 45 minutes before me. This updated facility is in need of updated staff...IMMEDIATELY. I only gave it one star because I had to, if you bypass this hospital I highly suggest you do.

My mom has been here for a few days and the nurses / CNA's here are so rude, they act like they don't want to do anything for her. If you don't want to help the elderly or the sick, find a different profession!!!!! The hospital itself is very clean but the people taking care of my mom are not very kind . Not at all !!!!

If ur going to call urself an emergency room, u should act like an emergency room. My Mom and Husband waited 4 hours for them to be called back with my daughter who we think caught the flu from me before I knew I had it. 4 hours!!!! Don’t go there if u think ur dying!!! I’ll seal the deal!!

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen! Most of the staff just do enough to get a paycheck. I remember when my grandmother was dying and in extreme pain and she was crying out in pain, I asked the nurse "could you please give her pain medication"? The nurse said "her doctor is not on call." I made it my business to meet Dr. Processor the next morning and my grandma was still calling out in pain and I asked "if he could give her something" he asked "how long has she been in pain"? and I said all day and night. He told the nurse, "do u mean to tell me u let this patient stay in this much pain this long"? I know there is a doctor on call. She had nothing to say in her defense. What if that was your granny, the doctor asked? The staff at Dr. Asemota is a joke. Sister was just release and asked for a work excuse for heart trouble and they just hung up the phone because they said she needs to see her PCP, well she don't have one and she is self pay! Who has this kind of money when you treated her? The higher up needs to do their jobs because no one is running that hospital!

I had a very bad experience today in that hospital. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Everyone who works here are idiots and this place should not exist.

Pathetic excuse for a hospital!
