Memorial Park Cemetery

Of course they have to move equipment in and around there to bury people, no way to get around that, and when my dad's bronze plaque sank down and the grass was starting to grow across it because they had ran over it I just told them about it and when I came back a few days later it had been lifted. I mean things happen to everyone and every company so that means nothing but what you do after that means *everything*. They fixed it so they get 2 thumbs up from me for sure. Any time I have been to the office they have been very helpful and very polite and the graves are well cared for. The potholes that keep popping up in the streets/roads/paths must drive them nuts to try and keep up with those but I don't care about that, it is the many friends and family buried there over the years that I care about and it seems they do too. I did not have any issues when we buried my dad in May of last year but I’ve been trying to get information on his headstone and have called numerous times, have been promised an update three times and still nothing. Last week I spoke to the lady and she assured me she would have the details on Friday and would call me then. I did not hear from her so I called back and left voice messages on 4/21, 4/25 and today 4/29 but still have not received a return phone call. Customer service is seriously lacking at this cemetery. I would greatly appreciate a call back and the information I’ve been patiently waiting on for several weeks.

We have been told so many lies from the office. There is no customer service at all. We have given up because we don't know what to believe.

I wouldn't recommend anybody be buried at this place you're wasting your time the staff is horrible
