They try to do a good job here, but they get swamped easily and sometimes it takes an extra day to get your packages. I get my medications from the VA via the post office, so I always order early after what happened a year ago when my packages started coming up missing then reappearing later.

It's a small U.S. Post office, friendly, helpful and efficient personal service.

Still not receiving my mail. I got maybe 3 pieces of mail the last 3 months. We orders my daughter's Halloween Costume and she keeps sending it back cause UPS takes our package to post office for some reason. She knows the name cause all the trouble we make for her. Our USPS app tells us we have a package but she never let's us know or puts a card for us to pick up.

This post Lady Patty refuses to put some of my mail in PO Box I pay for. I have my doctors office calling to conform my mailing address and then I get emails stating my mail was returned. Are you kidding me. I finally talked to someone above her. They said they were gonna give her a sturn talking. Well don't think it worked well cause I have got another call from doctors and another email stating my mail was returned to them.

Huge driveway, multiple places to park but you decided to drive up on my grass, leave muddy ruts and run over and crush two toys. All of the big box mail trucks manage to ALWAYS stay off my grass and never run over/destroy toys.

I have lived at my address for over a year. Because it's a trailer, there were some issues with delivery when I first moved here but we worked them out and all was good. I recieved all my mail and packages without issues until recently. Well all the sudden 3 of my neighbors had different mail of mine and my packages were being reported as "delivered at mailbox" but in fact were not. The post office resorted back to the initial issues and decided to take my mail privilege away but failed to inform me. They not only delivered my mail to the wrong places, they lied and said packages were delivered that they were holding without my knowledge! Well Patty Peterson, the manager at this post office, refused to tell me why all my neighbors were suddenly getting my mail (because for the past year they hadn't been), why they were lying and saying packages were delivered that never were, and basically just told me I was screwed and would not help me any further. I'm really hoping to hear back form someone that is willing to not only hear me out but also willing to look into the misconduct going on at this office.

The employees that work here need to review the post office rules and regulations. Sent me away saying they couldn’t ship an item, had to drive 40 minutes to the next USPS that happily shipped my item and gave me no problems whatsoever.

Just do your job, that shouldn't be too much to ask. You get PAID to deliver packages, so DELIVER them.

The postmaster lady would not let me get my mail because I didn't have an id .
