Katherine was a wonderful consultant! She is truly a girl’s girl! She was very encouraging and got to know me during my appointment. I could really tell she enjoys her job. I never felt rushed and ended up finding my dress!
The sale selection had a great selection even not during their big sales. It was very chilly at first but as soon as I started trying on dresses I understood why lol. As for guest bring a jacket if you get cold.
Overall a wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend Katherine more!

I had the absolute best consultant, Katherine Romero! If you’re able to choose her, do it! She made me feel so comfortable and was honest about everything I tried on and was on my side about every decision I made! She made sure I was comfortable and happy! She was very quick to clip or snatch any piece I wanted on the dress to get a better look!

The store in general was a great experience! I went twice knowing I was going to buy my dress here! They offer half-price sale twice a year, and you should definitely take advantage of it! My dress was extremely affordable!

I had a lovely experience picking out my wedding dress at Low's! I loved my bridal consultant, Jordan, she made the whole experience amazing! They obviously have a wide selection, but she made finding the one so easy! They also have their inventory online so I glanced through it and selected which ones I thought I would want to try on and she had those ready to go when I arrived. I would highly recommend shopping for your dress here, and request Jordan if you can!

Erika Harris gave me one of the best experiences of my life. She took time to actually listen to what I wanted and helped me pick the most gorgeous dress! Erika was so sweet, understanding and made me feel so special with every dress I tried on. All the staff at Lows Bridal was so professional and caring from right when I walked through the door. The absolute BEST day! We drove 5 1/2 hours to shop for my daughter’s wedding dress and it was worth every second. Our consultant, Erika, went above and beyond to make our experience so much fun and memorable. She accommodated us in every idea we came up with and ended up finding my daughter’s dream dress! Erin was my consultant and she was fantastic! We immediately clicked, she made me feel comfortable. My Low’s experience was great. Katherine R. was my consultant, and she was so helpful, patient and calming. She let me take my time to find my dream dress, which involved trying on and re-trying on loads of dresses. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. My stepdaughter bought her wedding dress from Low’s today. Our bridal consultant was Katherine, and she could not have been more perfect. She was friendly, and professional. She asked thoughtful questions, was mindful of our budget, and had a good knowledge of their inventory. We ultimately decided on a dress that she selected. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. I would HIGHLY recommend buying your wedding dress from Low’s and requesting Katherine. You will not be disappointed.

The easiest experience!! Katherine was so patient! She gave me time to just sit there and soak in the dresses, changed me in the same dresses a few times, and made me feel so comfortable!! Absolutely wonderful experience and a big shout out to my consultant Paige! She was very fast, professional and made me feel very comfortable. She also was very good at picking dresses that would compliment my body type and style! Definitely recommend this shop for your dress!

My bridal consultant was Hannah fly!!! She was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go before I came and I was a bit nervous. But Hannah made me feel so comfortable, calm and confident!! She was so nice a genuine. She was respectful to my family and she really cared about my feelings the whole time. She never pressured me or made me feel rushed. Such a sweet and kind heart lows bridal is blessed to have her.

Low's bridal is simply the best! The selection of dresses and service is top tier. Me and my mother have always heard great things about Low's, so we decided to take a trip this past week to find a dress. We drove exactly 3 hours to Low's, and I would make 10000 more trips back if needed to! I wouldn't have found my dream dress if it was not for the one and only, Katherine Romero. She never once made me feel pressured to pick a dress even when I was being decisive. Katherine was in and out helping me find a dress that I would love, and she did just that! I am so excited for my wedding day to show off the beautiful dress. I am forever thankful to Low's and Katherine for the kindness they showed and the DRESS! 10/10!!!

Amazing experience! My consultant was Tammy and she did everything in her power to get me my dream dress!! Other employees even helped me when I had concerns about shipping my dress to my house. Everyone went above and beyond and I cant recommend them enough!
