I would encourage you to avoid this clinic altogether. Have your pcp to refer you to another. The staff is really bad especially Joanna. They have lost numerous employees over the last year and a half because of her. She shouldn't even be allowed to be a nurse. They overbook appointments and then call and reschedule you. They also will reschedule you if they have a new patient that they want to see. People are missing work and losing pay because of these practices. Sincerely avoid them if at all possible.

Well my experience has not been good. The people in that office all need to be fired and a new crew needs to come in. They will indeed lie to you about everything. I was there on a day I had to leave early and was told that I could call them when I get home to reschedule. When I called them I got a nasty attitude from them and was told that I should have made my appointment before I left. They then told me I'd have to call back the next day. And I asked her why she then stated something about Dr Al Nashif not being in the office that he had gone for the day. And they needed his authorization. I said okay and hung up. So I then called back and asked if Dr. Al Nashif was available the young man told me yes. So I said okay. And then drove over there to speak with Dr. Al Nashif. So upon my arrival I asked to speak directly the Dr. So they sent an Woman from India out to me and she asked me what was the problem. I said your staff telling lies and playing games with people . So she asked me to tell what happened. I told her, she then tells me Well perhaps they were busy and that it was a busy office. I said she didn't have to have no attitude and lieing to me. She then tells me if I didn't like where I was being cared for I should leave and go elsewhere. I then told her I shouldn't have to go no where else. But I could indeed call The State Medical Board and call the NAACP and have that office Boycotted. Nobody should have to deal with Snot nosed receptionist. It ain't about them. I have Lung trouble's. They have since then been pushing my appointments back!!!. I am going to the State Medical Board about them!!. Believe that!!
