Absolutely love the staff here. Very friendly and caring and don’t mind answering questions. They also call back and get you into the office promptly. I love that they have a mammogram machine, too! No more making appts somewhere else to get that done which means I’m more likely to do it yearly.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire staff from the moment I signed in. The nursing staff we're very friendly and concerned about my well being. I had been to the office twice before and each time I was treated with respect and concern. I am so glad I have found them

The staff at the Pine Bluff facility was courteous, engaging, attentive, and professional. My wife and I were seen by nurse Brittany and Dr. Kelsey. Facility was clean and comfortable. Overall an enjoyable experience.

I am a RN of 30 years and I completely trust ALL the practitioners in this clinic as they have never ceased to provide excellent care to my family and I. Whatever we have needed, they have delivered for us and been kind, professional, and compassionate in the process. From the reception area, to the lab, xray, mammograms, billing, referrals, nurses- everyone is so very kind and just top-notch. I am so grateful for them!!

I came to Family Medicine of White Hall Pine Bluff facility about a month ago. I had been going to another clinic in Pine Bluff where I was just a number I felt. My experience at FMWH has been far beyond anything I could have imagined. From the time I walked in the door until the tie I left was great! They were very helpful and Ms.. Autumn and Ms. Johnnie actually took the time to listen to what my medical problems and how they were making me feel. We came up with a plan and I can say I feel better than I have in quite some time. I HIGHLY recommend FMWH!!!

OMG.... fantastic facility and staff.
I cut my hand open on kitchen equipment, I went to Family Medicine and received incredible care. I needed several stitches and steri strips, no fuss no muss, got right to it.
I can't say enough about my experience here. Thank you Autumn and Linda.

PS - Before you let some of the negative reviews on here 'discourage' you from using this facility... please know the previous owners were HORRIBLE and one day just closed, no prior warning to staff... just closed. I am not sure of the time line, but my own experience was 5 star.

Dr.Kelsey is excellent. She cares about her patience. Very professional and spends the time to explain. I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Reece is awesome, he's a good listener and and puts the patients needs first. The staff is friendly and the offices are always very clean.
