Lawrence County Water District

This company went above and beyond to get us service to our property! They worked two days including drilling out rock to get our meter where we wanted it! Really appreciate these hard working guys, and the helpful ladys in the main office! Thank you all for your hard work, we appreciate each and everyone of you!

I've had Lawrence county water service for many many years I've never had a problem they are always extremely nice and kind ... Hmmmm 1 star rich and cara? I find it strange the only reviews you have made are on utility companies maybe if you paid for your services you wouldnt be soo disgruntled

For basic payment purposes and customer service (both by phone and in person), the process is quick and easy and the ladies are always extremely kind.

Ive been with them since 2009 and they have always been kind and helpful.

This company is very difficult to work with, they struggle with basic things like canceling auto draft, didn't want to set that up again because of the trouble they caused. Then, someone there named Cynthia lied about fees to a bill payer service I used to prevent me from getting a $2 fee reimbursed, by the bill payer server, it wouldn't even have cost them anything.

Too bad we have no choice on water, because they are THE WORST! Their customer service is horrific! They are a bunch of dried up old Bitties whose scowls are the only thing that greets you when you walk through the gates of hell to pay your bill.
