Best ever experience in buying a vehicle. Staff are bright and thorough in explaining all features of the Palisade. Dealership is extremely clean and you can tell that the management snd team take pride in their business.

It was quick and painless. They got my car in and got done what needed to be done. They also seen where Hyundai covered the cost of the software update that had to be done and told me that up front and did not hide that from me. They were polite. I think what I liked most about my experience was they were brutally honest and there was not no pulling teeth to get information about my car. They also performed a multi point inspection of my car for free as well. Over all it was a grate experience

Smart Hyundai service department went above and beyond to amend a bad situation creating by a different dealership. Our vehicle was towed to the dealership through roadside assistance and we were 2 and a half hours from our home. They got us in, repaired an issue caused by another dealership and back on the road quickly. Great service department and personnel. 5 Stars!!!

While vacationing in another state, I received an awful text message from my brother that he had totaled his vehicle. Upon my return, I went to Smart Hyundai to look at my options for a new vehicle. The salesman was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable - and most importantly, helpful. I drove one vehicle and it was the very same vehicle that I purchased 2 days later.

Mr. Calvin Wood was so awesome he was so patient with me. If I thought of any questions later about the vehicle before I purchased it I would leave him a message to call me and he would return my call every time. All the questions and paperwork was handle over the phone so all I had to do was show up. And when i got there Mr. Wood explained everything inside and outside of the vehicle and the paperwork dealing with how much the vehicle cost and all the warranty me and my brother.I would recommend him and your staff to everyone. A gentleman can up to me and my brother to ask have we been waited on. The guy that help finish the paperwork was awesome. He took time to explain everything to me before I sign. I drove from Cabot just to have them change my oil because they are that wonderful. I bought my Hyundai from them for the same reason, customer service above and beyond my expectations. 100% worth the drive from Cabot, they will be the only one that will touch my vehicle. Amazing group of folks.

If you want outstanding service, fair pricing and a very personable staff who work hard for you, this is your place! We live in the Memphis area and drove over 2 1/2 hours to Smart because the Sales Manager, Richard, completely won us over in one phone call. Once there, the great customer service continued from also James, the Finance Manager, and DeAngelo, our salesman. Never before have we had a car buying experience where it didn't feel like a deal with the devil until now. Super excited to have found them and will definitely be back in the future!

From the minute I arrived, I was treated with the utmost respect and great customer service by the Service Manager(can't remember his name).
He showed me to clean and organized waiting area as well as offered me something to drink. The entire front entrance was so neat and the restroom was especially clean. My wait was not that long and I really enjoyed my visit. Thank you to all who go to the effort to make it happen.

Great dealership! Their team is professional and knowledgeable. I took my car in for its first oil change and service on Saturday and everyone was so friendly, I spent the majority of my wait time talking to the staff. I highly recommend this dealership for your Hyundai needs.

The staff was very friendly. I was greeted at the door and asked how they could assist me. The guy told me where to park my car and who to check in with. I checked in he gave me an approximate time of when my car would be finished and it was done before the time he said. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. They are great!

I have been to this dealer several times for general maintenance and major engine repairs. They are always extremely helpful and get you done quickly. I chose this dealer because I had such a terrible experience with the dealer I bought my car from. I will continue to use Smart for all of my new car purchases.

Stan was well educated on all the models at the Smart Complex. I am SO glad I stopped by to see about a specific car I'd been searching the state for...but found my dream car instead! Service department was great, got me in and out in about 30 minutes. Super friendly. Will only service my car at this location and I drive 45 minutes to get there. But worth it.
