Absolutely love them! I went to another rental company before them to purchase a bedroom set. The company was trying to charge me a crazy price but Buddy’s was HALF THE PRICE, down payment, and monthly payment! The service and delivery was amazing! I made a visit to inquire about washer/dryers and furniture. My first visit was welcoming. The associates were very pleasant and knowledgable. When I made the 2nd visit it was a very seamless process as I had already got all the information I needed in the first visit. Once my order was placed, the associates delivered with ease. Very satisfied with the service and products.

The staff very restful. Only thing I didn't and don't like is that one of the managers told me I would have my living room suite one day and then tells me something completely different.

They have great customer service I have paid out on several things they help build your credit they will work with u when you are unable to pay on time at times they are very understanding. All you have to do is call them and let them know if you won't be able to pay on time and they will work something out with you. The things I've paid for been brand new great quality. And all of the workers are hard workers and I appreciate them all from management to cashier to the delivery driver and they all have great customer service

The manager, Mr.Floyd, have a great amount of hospitality. He welcome you with open arms the moment you walk through the door. He’ll do all he can to make sure the piece of furniture or appliance that you’re inquiring about goes home with you. I highly recommend anyone to go do business with them. You won’t be disappointed!!
