Darlene...the lady who has to run the place is surprisingly very cheerful and helpful. Even after dealing with disrespectful people all day she still gave me and my wife a smile and helped us with getting water n trash. Thank u for your kindness.

I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. When I moved to Black Rock from WR, I have had to make a few calls to set up necessities. Long story short, I’ve not had one positive experience with whoever is working the phones at the time. I have always gotten one word responses or non helpful responses. I understand if the person doesn’t have a solution on hand to my questions, but the complete lack of desire to assist in any way is unbecoming. It’s like whenever someone calls in, they are either rude, condescending, or passive aggressive. It’s as if calling them has ruined those ladies’ day and they let you know by being short and passive aggressive. Seriously unfortunate.
