Good people smart business man

Very poor customer service, went in with my daughter and literally got followed around the store, it was very degrading and made me wanna leave, I literally had never been inside was comin into a decent amount of money, and got treated like a thief. Very aggrivating, I wont be going back.

If I could rate 0 I would. Everytime I go into this store or call this store, the man and his employees are just RUDE. How things are said matters just as much as what is said.

My 18 year old son bought a shotgun from Eddy with his graduation money, it was his first gun purchase. My son realized the trigger was broke after getting home with the gun, so we called and told him, and he said to bring it back in. We took it in, and he apologized, and said he didn't know it had a broken trigger, but he didn't give cash refunds, only in store credit! But...he did let him exchange the broken gun for a different one of the same kind, so he's happy now. Thanks Eddy

Had we not been followed around by staff to the point we were split up and unable to discuss financial decisions with my significant other. These are the items that would have potentially sold today. $250 singer sewing machine. $30 electric fence box. Electric blender (unsure of price) Invest in cameras if necessary however not all customers are thieves. Merry Christmas!!!

This pawn shop is a poor excuse of a shop too lost in time maybe 20 years ago you could make a good name selling half busted tools and equipment, but the final straw was a personal experience I got to experience first hand there was a game for sale and I witness them rip off a small child who tried to purchase a game not knowing that is is only online and he did not have online service and the man at the counter made him pay more money to exchange a product even when he hadn’t left the store yet? I mean I get it a policy exists for a reason but I don’t think the reason was to ruin a young boys day

Just one of “those” pawn shops. Terrible customer service by the gentleman. They should just change the name of the business to Eddies Snow Cones because the snow cones out front are delicious so 5/5 stars for the snow cones but the pawn shop needs A LOT of work

Poor condecending customer service behavior when just calling in. It just made me feel like I was bothering him over a simple question.
