LoCo Fitness

Worked out here once visiting from Colorado. The gym has everything you would need to achieve your fitness goals, both in a class focused environment or solo. I would highly recommend this gym.

The owner and I chatted a little. The vision he has for the facility and property will make this gym a shining star for health and wellness in Paris Arkansas and Logan County.

The owner is someone with extensive fitness knowledge from previous health and wellness professional experience. He has a big heart for engaging newcomers looking to better their health and wellness at all levels. I wish my local gym had him for an owner.

Wonderful local gym with a great selection of classes and top tier equipment. The ownership are very hands on and ready to help you with a workout. They have created a great workout environment with a sense of community making everyone feel comfortable. Loco is always clean and welcoming for people of all fitness levels!

A great gym ran by an Owner that is motivated to constantly improve it for his members. The Owner is my brother and it has been his long time dream to own a gym. It is his passion to help everyone in the area to achieve their health goals and get them to strive to be the best they can be. Give the gym a try and you won't be disappointed by it!

Fantastic local gym with a great sense of community. The owner is very involved with the members and always looking to help you out with a workout. They also have a great selection of classes that run throughout the day. The owner has been renovating the gym and adding equipment and is a great place to workout.

I could not be more proud of my son Eric and daughter in-law Sarah. They are working extremely hard to make LoCo Fitness a place that the community of Paris and surrounding communities can go to a be excited to work on their health goals. Eric is very knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition and shares that knowledge with all his members. He truly cares about his clientele and wants to ensure that everyone who comes to LoCo Fitness works toward a healthier version of themselves.

LOCO is a great hometown gym with even better ownership and management! You get a small town feel with big time equipment. They have a wide range of classes for all ages. If you are in the Logan County area definitely check them out!

I have been a member of Loco going on my second year. It’s very clean, organized, and spacious. Even better with 24/7 access to the gym. The owners are so friendly and want to help you in anyway reach your goals. Just great people all around.

I love this gym! I had a great workout with Eric in the 3:30 class. I met Eric in school while we studied Nutrition and prepared for becoming Registered Dietitians. Eric has a great talent and passion for helping people!

Great place to drop in for a workout. The gym is clean, spacious, and recently updated. Has everything you’d want - free weights, CrossFit style equipment, machines, and many group classes. The owners are awesome and care a lot about your experience!

I’m a huge fan of LoCo fitness! It’s a great place to stop by for a workout even if you’re just passing through. I met Eric, the owner, in a nutrition program at UAMS. He knows what he’s doing in the gym and is one of the top health and wellness dietitians in the state of Arkansas! 10/10 would recommend!
