I don't use shelter insurance. Visited a lady who worked there.

I would never recommend shelter insurance to anyone. I got hit by a person who was at fault and the insurance is not wanting to pay full price to have the shop fix the damages on my vehicle.

I dont have many complaints with shelter but one the only issue I have is that I work long hours (14-16 hours a day 6 days a week) and I cant ever seem to reach them on the phone I've even emailed them and still cant get ahold of them and now I'm getting nervous bc I bought a motorcycle I'm trying to add to my policy and it's been over the 30 days I had to get it legal now I still have had no response and I fear it will cost me an arm and a leg to get legal
