They don’t stay open until 5:45 pm like they say their only stay open until 4:45 pm and not on Saturdays at all

Opened account in bloomfield NOT farmington. They say covid is the reason they closed, yet the grocery store where this branch is. Is open.

Maybe open 1-2 days a week would be appreciated , not all have the convenience or desire to go to farmington.

I had a savings account here, when my husband died I wasn't able to put money in, and they sent a letter, due to inactivity your account is closed. They took my money that was in a savings account earning interesting. Worse bank ever.
