She is such a caring person and we leave her office happy, positive and with a game plan that works for our family. I know Jenny and her staff go above and beyond for her clients. I can't say enough good things about Jennie Klink and her team. As a local physical therapist I highly value patient-centered care, and Jennie brings that to the next level. Primary/family care with Jennie is more than just an office visit. She truly goes the extra mile for each one of her patients and encompasses the 'concierge care' model. For anybody looking for a quality PCP, I recommend establishing care here. Every patient I've worked with who sees Jennie has described their experience working with her as far superior to any other provider they have seen. It is truly a pleasure having such a personable, dedicated and knowledgeable provider in our community.

Dr. Jennie is incredible! I first met her when brining my mother in and felt so comfortable with her and how at ease she made us both feel that I then became a patient as well. Jennie is so helpful and nice. She always fits me in when the same day I need to be seen. She is kind, caring and she actually listens to me. I have insurance that doesn’t cover my visits to Jennie but I will go to see her anyway, just because I am treated so well. If you are looking for someone who will actually take the time to get to know you and listen, I highly recommend you call her!

To begin with, for the time being that I have been doing my externship here, I can say that Jennie Klink is an amazing and caring provider. She really interacts and gets to know her patients well. She creates a bond and is 24/7 available for her patients which is an amazing thing about her. And if a patient wants to extend her/his appointment, she is opened to it. you don't find many providers that would do that for you.

Absolutely amazing! She is everything you could need and more. She cares, she truly hears what you're saying, and she & her entire staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of on all levels. I immediately changed my primary care provider to be Jenny Klink at my first appointment with her.

I saw Jennie when she was the NP for my doctor. Jennie left to start her own practice and I followed her. She listens to me since I know my own body better than anyone. Everyone here is super nice and deals wonderfully with my sense of humor as I go to funny and not grumpy when I don't feel well.

I searched for a provider for several YEARS after my nurse practitioner quit accepting our insurance. I feel so fortunate to have found Jaleen Klink and her caring staff. My whole family has been coming to her for care for over a year now! Jaleen is the first provider who has EVER read my new patient paperwork. My first visit she literally sat down and went over the entire packet with me. I was so shocked and impressed that I decided to have my whole family come to her as well for their primary care needs. Jaleen and her staff have went above and beyond helping my daughter who has ADHD and anxiety. Jaleen is the first provider that my daughter has ever wanted to go back and see. Jaleen also helped my daughter get in contact with the proper mental health therapy that she so badly needed.

Sometimes the office can get busy just like everywhere, however you will always get treated with respect and courtesy no matter how busy things are behind the scene. Jaleen is also honest with you when it comes to your medical needs. She won’t just try to mask the medical problem/issue, she will try to find the source. She’s also not afraid to refer you to a specialist and/or therapy if she needs to. I can’t say enough about this amazing provider and her amazing staff.

Elly, Robin, and Ashley are all just as amazing as Jaleen. The entire staff will bend over backwards for your medical needs. I literally can’t say enough great things about them all. This office goes above and beyond and will exceed your expectations. I feel so blessed to have found them.

Dr. Klink, Is the first Dr. that actually took the time to get to know me. I've seen many Dr. in my life and never have I ever been treated like a person and not a number until Miss Jenny Klink. She is the very best in my opinion. They dont come any better.

Jennie is an incredibly thoughtful and caring provider. She is trustworthy, innovative in her approach to treatments and is the best practitioner I have ever been to.

Jenny maybe only a nurse practitioner but she does better than any doctor ever has for me. You're allowed to be a normal human being without judgment and she is dedicated to making you well and keeping you that way

Just had my first visit with wellness by design dr jennie Klink not only addressed all my health questions and concerns but went above and beyond in helping find a solution to my heath problems . No other doctor has ever done that for me. Thank you

Jenny is great

Two no-shows for telehealth visits and two no-shows on promised phone calls. After one telehealth no-show by Klink, the receptionist told me AFTER THE FACT that "she doesn't like doing telehealth". Great.. so why did you schedule it? I waited around for that appointment and put off other things. I feel ghosted. I know it's been hard with covid and tele-visits etc, but communication around this would have saved me a lot of wasted time. Seeking care elsewhere.

Unprofessional and irrational practitioner and staff, as witnessed by several bystanders. Neglect led to dangerous medical conditions. Immoral ethics.

One appointment missed due to extreme emergency is not grounds for any of the above, nor did the problems begin then.

What’s worse is there is a whole community depending on the care of individuals in fragile times in their lives, such as abuse and homelessness, that these employees are trusted to care.
