Chapel Ridge Apartments

Living at Chapel Ridge has been a wonderful experience. The Community Director, Amanda, has been nothing short of amazing. She is extremely helpful, smiles and makes you feel at home. The Maintenance staff has been quick to complete my work orders, and is friendly as well. If you are looking for a place to live I would definitely recommend living here!

Chapel Ridge is by far the best apartments to stay in Forrest City. It is in a very quiet, off the main roads, location that’s right across from the hospital. There is so much to do on the property and is great for families. Amanda is super sweet and seems to really enjoy what she does. If I could give her and the property 10 stars, I would!!

Chapel Ridge is a wonderful Community! I truly enjoy living here, the AMAZING and friendly staff make it easy to call this Apartment Community home. The Manager is very friendly and more than helpful with my moving transition. Thank you Chapel Ridge Staff!

When my aunt sold her home in Forrest City, our family looked all over the area for an apartment community we thought would be a safe place for her to live and Chapel Ridge was it! At first, she was skeptical about living in an apartment after owning a home for so long, but now she loves it and says she can't imagine living anywhere else!

For starters we would like to thank chapel ridge for our acceptance. This place is awesome!!! A few things that we enjoy about being residents is that (1) it’s very quiet and there isn’t a lot of traffic in or out. (2) chapel ridge help gives back to those who are in need. (3) when it comes to maintenance work it gets done the same day if not the next. (4) very neat and clean outside. (5) communication level is very proficient when it comes to the apartment manager sending out important notices. All in all We would recommend these very apartments to a friend or family member we love it here

I have a wonderful time here been here going on 3 years. Ms Amanda helps u with everything. Maintenance requests are done very fast. The site is clean and they always have fun activities for the kids. They just built a playground with lots of things to play on. We have security cameras and lights on the complex and they do have polices living on the premises

The new owner is great.The office & maintenance people are just so nice & so very helpful & friendly. Having the pool opened& clean was awesome. Having the buildings washed helped the appearance greatly. I have lived here since 2011 & this is my home I appreciate a clean & neat place to live. Thanks for all you all have done & are going to do . Keep your friendly spirits & keep the monthly incentives going,October,November & December were awesome. The christmas party was the best you could tell alot of heartfelt time went into it & having Santa & the Grinch topped it off & you know having a grinch on the property never hurts. Thank You !!!

I have had no problems over the last two years. Maintenance stays on top of things, and the property is nice and quiet. Grateful to be living in Chapel Ridge.

I mean the decorations were so cute I am not even in need of an apartment, I had to take a peek. Amanda is Amazing!!! Very friendly upbeat and knowledgeable!!! I can only imagine how nice it must be to live here!!!!

Management is nice and kind. They are prompt when asked to fix something. I'm glad Chapel ridge is my home. Please inform the children to stop playing ball games near the automobiles. Please go to the playground. The balls can damage vehicles.

I been here for 3 years and it is very peaceful over here. Mrs. Amanda the manager is very easy to talk to without passing judgement and she will go out her way to help you.

I WOULDNT RECOMMEND NO ONE MOVE HERE RENT IS EXTREMELY HIGH AND WALL ARE ROTTEN ,, Spiders are bad NO ONE SPRAY ,,, THE WALL ARE MOLDED AND PAINTED OVER

THEY DO NOT FIX NOTHINGGGG THEY FIX UP THE OUTSIDE OF THE APARTMENT TO MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD TO FISH PEOPLE IN AND THEN AFTER A WHILE U SEE ALL THE MOLD START GROWING BACK OVER THEY JAIL HOUSE PAINT THEY GOT ON THE WALL
