On time deliveries and friendly service

Excellent people very friendly

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a couch from Lowe’s, & I do not know what could possibly be keeping this company from delivering it, but it was supposed to be here on the 8th. It is now the 25th! I realize they didn't get it until the larger delivery truck transferred it to them.. But that was still a while ago. They keep changing the delivery date over & over. Ridiculous! Very unprofessional to say the least. If you can’t make deliveries promptly, change your business to something else you're capable of… anything that doesn't involve deliveries or being on time!!! (Yes, I’m angry. It’s been a LONG few weeks of speaking to people on the phone who had no answers to give, listening to frustrating operators/trying to get ahold of a live person, getting different delivery dates every few days, being on hold for 20 minutes at a time, & sitting on the floor & in hard lawn chairs!!)
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
