Very good caring doctor. I was a mess respiratory wise when I first starting seeing him and now because of his treatment I feel so much better

Excellent Staff and Work environment

Went for my appointment. They did not have me entered as a patient on this Monday morning. Once inside to see Dr Issa, he said they would set up tests to be run within 2 weeks, thus I did not make meetings so I would be available. I had not heard anything on that Friday, so I called. A call center answers and takes a message. No call back. I called the next Monday, and the call center answers and takes a message. No call back. I call on Wednesday A call center answers and takes a message.. No call back. I call on Friday, A call center answers .... yet again. This time the operator stated the doctors office was to be closed from the 7th to the 17th... So why in da &***^ did the doctor and staff mislead me?... Dr. Issa, your time IS NOT more important than mine or any patient's time. Wasted co-pay. wasted insurance payment.
