He's super knowledgeable and so friendly! The flowers always last a really long time compared to store-bought.

We purchased the flowers for out wedding here. This year we stopped by for our anniversary to pick up a few Peony. The owner is extremely invested in his plants, and everything about them. He gave us a tour of the field, and showed us where the flowers we had picked out that day came from. This is one situation where it definitely makes sense to buy local!

We chose Woodbine Mead for our wedding flowers, which was the perfect choice for us, since we wanted our wedding to be more eco-conscious and to support local farmers and businesses. The flowers were amazingly fresh and beautiful. I highly recommend going this route if you are a bride who is flexible in which colors and flowers you like, because you just never know what will bloom the week of your wedding! :) Some of the flowers we thought we would have finished blooming early, and instead we ended up with some gorgeous dahlias. But it didn't matter, because our wedding didn't have a color theme, so the array of flowers just made everything beautiful. And Jack's bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres were beautiful. I received soooo many compliments on the flowers, how natural and fresh they were, and questions about where we got them.

Jack was also super awesome to work with, very prompt to respond to questions, willing to do whatever to please me. (Indeed he seemed kind of baffled when I told him, "Whatever blooms that week, stick it in a bouquet. I don't care about colors or flowers." I think he wanted more direction than that. lol.) But truly. This was an awesome experience.
