Dr. Jackson is the best doctor I’ve found. I seen him at Russellville and followed him to Marshal. He is good a listening and actually cares. Most doctors you feel as though they are going through the motions to get you in and out. He is always very personable and willing to listen. Best doctor hands down. The office people are always willing to help with anything when you call as well. I can’t leave those ladies out. Amazing clinic.

Nurse practitioner is very good, condition of the building excellent. Very clean. From receptionist to the billing department —all are compassionate, helpful and dedicated to helping patients get well. Try Dr. Blair. He is the first of many doctors to care enough to find the cause of the ‘burning mouth syndrome’ that had bothered me for 2 1/2 years. Dr. Blair researched possible causes and came back with a plan that is working. After several months of treatment the burning sensation has lessened and I can once again taste the flavors of food. He is favorable to make necessary referrals to specialists as well. His nurses are awesome.

I have always had a wonderful experience here. I love love love the front desk staff. They are always so sweet and organized! Sadie and Angle are amazing! The doctors always hear me out and give me options on what works best for me. I have never felt pressured to do anything. I will always come to the marshall clinic. Keep up the good work everyone.

This is Jeff peterson
God bless people like stephanie. I'm a very annoying person because I am very bad at oral communication. . That being said. She has been as patient as anyone could be. I'm sorry I have to use so many sentences in speech . I wish I could understand as a patient what is expected of me., And what I expect for healthcare. It would make things easier. God bless.

Est. primary care (2020) after a recent move to the area; nurse Lily here as my only provider, several months ago.
She was very open minded, kind and sympathetic. She started off caring and concerned. Had my records from my previous doctors out of state. I have interstitial lung disease, immune deficiency diseases, musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, type 1 diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, Reynolds syndrome, neuropathy, clinical depression and chronic pain. I do no recreational drugs. I have a glass of wine occasionally socially.
She refers me out to several specialists, which is understandable. She said that she only sees people for colds and sinus headaches.
My health is the most important thing to me as is my daughter before I can see a specialist I need a referral. Never once missed an appointment.
Note: I have never been on opioids or benzodiazepines. Worked full-time for the past 6 years as a nationally certified and registered dental assistant.
Note: had a gyno biopsy a couple of months ago that she sent me for due to abnormalities in the pap smear to rule out cancer. Due to anxiety, I was prescribed a very low dose of Xanax at the gynecology office so that I could procedure without any psychological issues or too much movement during the procedure. This was my first time taking Xanax ever.
I requested therapeutic help, as I noticed my clinical depression symptoms getting worse. When I mentioned that I noticed my clinical depression symptoms were returning. I requested if there was anything I could be prescribed, to aid and assist with my SEVERE PANIC attacks. I originally came in to see the doctor because I was having very disturbing thoughts, needed to talk. When she set me up with a therapist a few weeks ago. I requested her opinion on whether she felt like I would benefit from Xanax. The medication was asked for to trial only because it really helped me the one time it was given to me for a situational panic attack, even after I made it home, I was able to complete tasks and do things at home that I wasn't able to do or feeling capable of doing in the previous year due to depression and anxiety, and sleep deprivation. I was fine with her opinion. Wich was to wait. Weeks later ,I arrived to discuss my sleeping habits.
She asked me, "What doctor did I want to go see?"
Me, "I want to go see a sleep specialist of some sort that can properly and accurately diagnose me and find a solution to this serious Malaise and sleep deprivation that I have, which specialist do you recommend when someone is so sleep deprived that they cannot function?"
She suggested, that I "need to see the psychiatrist, the only reason I was sleeping so much was because I had clinical depression! That I needed to get up in the morning and get my day started!"
I responded: "What about the symptoms that I'm having like drousiness, clinical depression, migraines and chronic pain that are preventing me from waking up!" She sounded intentionally careless and uneducated. Symptoms noted: Falling asleep when I'm supposed to be awake, unrefreshing sleep, brain fog, mental suppression agitation and irritation daily, headach, nausea, blurry vision, decrease appetite, dizzy, only waking up to use the bathroom or eat, restless leg syndrome in the evening, &memory laps. Her response was that I needed to simply stop surfing the internet!
Then she smirked, "there is no quick fix to this! You're only sleeping like this because you're clinically depressed and you need to see a psychiatrist."
I said I thnk I need an accurate diagnosis, by a sleep specialist& figure out how we can go about coming up with a solution for a proper diagnosis because it is affecting my everyday life. Sleeping for days in a row, is a concern & problem for me as I want to be awake. I was very offended by her attitude towards me. I feel like she is tired of seeing me and tired of referring me to specialists being inconsiderate and careless about the symptoms that I've shared, as a nurse, It was scary. I feel like I deserve an apology.
I'm having a serious sleep deprivation issues.

I keep having to call just to get my thyroid medication refilled. It's getting to the point the pharmacy I go to is even getting frustrated with them. They had to give me loaners last time and again today I'm in the same situation. It's ridiculous.

If I could give no stars I would this office is awful. I have had to contact the office 3 times to get a medication refilled. This is even after the provider called me after my first contact. The provider I saw was supposed to put in a request for me to have a mammogram and she didn't bother. My husband has also had multiple issues with this office. We are currently working on finding a new provider.
