I could not be more pleased with the professional service I received from this firm. I have worked on the administrative side of Long Term Care for years but this was my first personal experience as a family member Mitch and Patty were so helpful, they made this difficult process much less painful and stressful in every way possible. I can not say enough good about Mitch Cash and Reva. I was lost when my father passed away. From the first phone conversation with Reva, I knew I had chosen the right people. I live in Texas and I was worried about the details and not being intown. Reva was on top of every aspect, and potential problems were solved in a professional manor before they could arise. I never realized all of the factors involved and the problems if not attended to in a timely manor. The office staff under Reva's leadership was available 24 7 it seemed.
