Brock's Auto Shop

My truck started spewing oil on the way to work one day and someone recommended I take it to Brocks. So I took it over there and the started on it the next day and had it done in two days. They are super great people and I am taking it back to have them do the brakes on it and another truck. Needless to say they have earned a customer and I highly recommend them.

Great mechanics they are honest and just straight up with you called me everythime they needed to do something more to my vehicle I will continue to use them very honest!

Knowledgeable, friendly, quick, great team work!! I was driving to Arkansas from Illinois on a Thursday. My car kept getting louder, we put a lot of miles on our cars so I thought it could be the front wheel bearings. I called Brock's from the Branson area. I explained to Jenny my situation, she looked to see if they could get the parts that day so James could get it fixed for me the next day, in hopes that I would have any delays driving 500+miles on Sunday. I told her I would be rolling in to town around 3:30. She said to stop by, James could look at it and get in any parts he thinks he might need to get the job done.
James drove my car, agreed and thought it was the wheel bearings. Ordered them in, the next thing I knew I was getting a call at 7:00 pm that night, that my car was done!!!
When I picked up my car on Friday, he explained to me that the other side would need to be done to as he was able to detect the noise just starting on the other side. He suggested I call my mechanic at home and have it done. He explained that his parts supplier didn't have what was needed to fix it. He said I would be safe to drive it home. I totally trust him!!
God puts good people in our paths, I believe this happened to lead my mom to a great, trustworthy mechanic in her community! She just moved to the area and knows no one. A good trustworthy mechanic is hard to come by!! James and Jenny are the real deal!!
They went above and beyond! I can't recommend them enough!!
