I have always had a great experience here. Also, if I ever have a problem when I'm out of town (and that happened once), I know I can go into a Gentle Dental where I am and still get great treatment.

Had a cleaning today and the tech was SO gentle and pleasant. I usually dislike polishing very much, but the lady today did a great job and all I felt like doing was sleep (instead of white-knuckling the chair).

Hard to get an appointment sometimes, but honestly, it's a really good dental clinich.

Had to go in for some emergency dental work and extractions notoriously suck. However! The lovely people at Gentle Dental knew exactly what they were doing, kept me well informed throughout both of my visits, and were able to get me in and out with little trouble. Would definitely recommend!

The staff and dentist were all very friendly and easy to talk to. The Dr took time to explain everything to me and gave me treatment options. He explained the process of removing and replacing a crown, so I felt much less stressed about doing the work I had been dreading. I definitely recommend them.

I have always had iffy experiences with dentists so when I came in for fillings, I was super nervous. The team at Gentle Dental was phenomenal at making me feel comfortable and ease my nerves. I'm 110% satisfied and, frankly, thrilled with how the team and Dr. Means helped me. I recommend them to ANYONE who has stress/anxiety/concerns about going to the dentist. They are awesome!!

What an amazing experience! I am the kind of person that will cancel a dentist appointment in the parking lot. Gentle Dental not only helped me calm those fears but was so nice and caring. I suffer from ptsd and extreme anxiety. I've been supported by the staff, and Dr. Hopper is amazing. So far I've been able to get through every procedure without anxiety medication. Drove to the Dallas, OR location as my locations were booked out for quite some time. The receptionist was a rockstar managing a busy lobby, phones, scheduling, etc. Dr. Means was so thorough an knowledgeable. He made a very anxious time feel so easy for me. I can’t not mention the hygienist, Ashley. She was so dang sweet and did such a good job making sure I was comfortable through my whole cleaning.

Kathy is amazing! In the short time i was there i seen her help all of they employees with various tasks wearing a smile the entire time! Dr. Means is an awesome dentist cery reassuring and made sure we had dame day treatment! Will be coming back!

This is the best dental office I have ever visited. They have extremely professional staff and a fabulous dentist whom is so very kind and he cares so much about his patients!!!! I have never seen such an incredible dental office. And the secretary at the front door is amazing. She knows all of the patients names and cares about the clientele...
