Jolene always does an amazing job. I love coming in, sitting down, having a relaxing conversation and getting my hair cut and styled with professionalism and ease. Jolene is great!!

I have been using Jolleen at the Fayetteville location for about a year. I am very particular and not easily impressed, but Jolleen has consistently delivered exactly what I want and I trust her opinion on slight changes. She also cuts my ears and she can attest that I’m never happy with my beard (my issue, not the trim) but she has regularly made me look clean and presentable before I travel and make presentations to large audiences. Almost as important as the cut is the conversation. For such a young woman, she has more life experience that people twice her age. She is a sage old soul and I look forward to visiting with during my time in her chair. I hesitated writing a review only because she is already in such demand that to know I will have a longer wait line requesting her now, but anything quality is worth the wait.

If you go to this location, request Jolleen!!! I was never able to grow my hair out my whole life until she started cutting my hair. She’s super funny and sweet, 100000/10 experience

It's a nice place albeit a national chain. Women, men, children getting their haircuts all the time and they seem satisfied. My kid doesn't like haircuts, but he doesn't put up a fit PLUS the staff treats him and me very well on every visit. There have been a couple of times that their credit card machine has been down, so that's a bummer, but it's not their fault their service provider is Cox.

I love Supercuts. I always request Jolene. She always asks as she cutting my hair what exactly I want her to do. And she's so sweet! I keep my hair short and she listens and always does what I ask her to do. Sometimes she offers advice to see if I would be interested in her going a different direction.
I trust her. I highly recommend seeing her. I won't let anyone else cut my hair but her. If I could give her 10 stars, I gladly would.

Great service! They got me in pretty quickly on a Saturday, even with 4-5 ahead of me.

I saw Michayla today and she did amazing on my haircut!! I wanted my bangs trimmed, some more texture in the front and wanted to add layers all throughout my hair…let me just say she KILLED IT. She was very sweet and I felt so comfortable in her chair for the entire duration of my visit. Definitely will be coming to her from now on!!

Didn’t need an appointment plus they close late perfect for a busy mom, got both of my Daughters hairs cuts and they loved it! Very satisfied.

I don't remember the lady name but she did an awesome job styling my son's hair for the homecoming dance. My son's hair is curly and long so it's hard for me to style it. She did perfectly. His hair turned out is gorgeous and shiny. It went well with his outfit. Love love love. Thank you so much.

Took my granddaughter to get a new haircut today. The lady that cut her hair did a fantastic job. We showed her a photo of the style she wanted and that's exactly how the lady cut it. They were a little busy, but they did a great job waiting on everyone. Super friendly employees and very professional.

I hadn't been to a salon in ages. I had my hair done by Nikki. Absolutely love it! She took 10 inches off my hair, put in just the right amount of highlights. She did a fantastic job! Friendly, professional, great hairstylist!!

We recently just moved to Fayetteville Arkansas and I had no idea where to go to get a good haircut. Super Cuts was just around the corner so I thought I would give it a try.
Jolleen was my stylist and I cannot say enough good things about her. Besides being one of the sweetest and caring person I have ever met she also gave me the perfect cut which I have not had for years.
I certainly hope Super Cuts appreciates her and they realize what she brings to their business!

Stopped in today bc I was so sick of my long VERY thick unmanageable (have to wear a loathsome bun every day) hair. THANK GOD I happened to get a girl who literally gave me the absolute BEST haircut and thinning that I’ve EVER HAD!!!!! I’ve spent 30 years and much much money on my hair, per expensive stylist/beauticians, etc etc and I was at my wits end with my hair and I stopped in here bc I was so done with my hair that I didn’t even care how it ended up. Amazingly …. I legitimately left with the BEST HAIRCUT AND THINNING THAT IVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!!!!!! Not even kidding!!!!!! Amber is the best! I had chemo and was very anxious about getting my hair cut as it was so thin already! I’ve been back twice now she always makes me feel confident and comfortable! She knows her hair and never makes me feel pressured to buy anything like some of the other hair salons I’ve visited! She will be the only person to cut my hair in the future!!

I took my grandson for a haircut. They were very nice to him and made him feel good. He really liked the cut he got. Thanks guys for making him feel special.

Early and late hours to accommodate everyone! I got right in with Kacey Lambdin as my stylist and she did an amazing job! Just what I wanted and gave me great advice on what shampoo I needed. Will definitely be back here to see her!

Always do a good job and are pleasant to talk with. Can get busy, it’s a prime location but they handle it well and generally get to you quick enough. Upfront if there’s a wait. They get swamped with ppl before the holidays wanting to look good for diner and do an excellent job. Also have done my son when he was younger who was very problematic at the time with behavioral issues but they had excellent patience and tact dealing with em. Thanks if u all ever read these!
