Urban Lash & Skin @ Lithia Aesthetics

I've had services from Kendall off and on for the few years that I've known her, but recently went in for lash extensions and she went above and beyond my expectations. I gave her some rough guidelines to go off of; more volume than length but still somewhat natural looking, and she took my little stick straight lashes and turned them into my dream lashes.

Her bed was so comfy and she was so gentle I fell asleep for nearly the whole service. At some point one of my eyes started watering for an unknown reason and I expected to not retain all of my lashes because of it but miraculously 4 days later I have yet to lose a single lash!

Kendall has been doing my eyelashes for about 2 1/2 years now. Each time I see her I leave the building feeling and looking my best!
She is the epitome of an artist, I receive so many compliments after each visit. The lashes themselves always stay in place for longer than anticipated (which is amazing!) and she always nails the look that I try my best to describe. Kendall is so easy to talk to, she is so warm and kind, and always makes me feel comfortable.
Kendall has also done my lashes for my wedding day and right before I gave birth to my daughter, two very big events in my life and I give her all the credit for making me look my best!

Theresa and her team are amazing! From the moment I booked my appointment and throughout, the service was above and beyond. I went in for lashes and the process felt like I stepped into a spa oasis. The bed was so comfortable and had a heat option, which I love! Theresa took so much care during the application process, I felt like I was getting a facial. She explained each step along the way and I appreciated knowing that she was really paying close attention to the growth and strength of my own lashes and was able to enhance them. Miss Kendall did my classic, first set of eyelash extensions. She did such an amazing job I have officially thrown out mascara! She was very fun to talk to, and she made the experience comfortable! Her work is fantastic and I couldn’t be more pleased! She definitely succeeded in making me feel beautiful! I would 100% recommend!

I go to Kendall for my lash extensions and she is amazing! She is super informative, gives great advice, and she is so sweet. My lashes have held up so great and always look SO good! So happy to have her as my lash gal!

Theresa is amazing! Extremely friendly and accommodating. I received lash extensions and felt like a princess when I was getting them done! Extremely comfortable bed to lay on that has warmers in it (yes.. it’s amazing). Theresa was thorough and listened to exactly what I wanted. At the end she took as much time needed to discuss my questions and I even received a new member gift! I would recommend this establishment a million times over!

I wanna give Theresa and Kendall a 5 star rating. Kendall is my second lash lady and I can't describe how much of a better experience with her it's been all around. She truly cares about what type of look you're aiming for and really strives to make sure you're satisfied with the lashes. This place is a little more pricey than the other place I was at... but the quality and service make it all worth while. Haven't had any itchy eyes or anything like that and the retention of these lashes I have are on point. Theresa and her team are amazing and they truly care about your satisfaction :)

I HIGHLY recommend this beauty team - extremely knowledgeable, flexible, talented and experienced. I had a lash lift and tint (OMG what a difference!!!), and my teen daughter also had a lash lift. We both had a fantastic experience. I 100% recommend them to provide this service for teens or adults. The staff are knowledgeable and very well trained. I could not be happier with the results!!
