Love Balance Spa. From the moment you walk in - you forget that you’re on Main Street in Tewksbury! You are whisked away to a beautifully decorated and amazingly fragrant back lobby that exudes peaceful serenity. My massage with Colleen was beyond excellent. She was very friendly and professional. I walked in with so much tension in my body and walked out relaxed as ever. Thanks Colleen!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience for our couples massage, very relaxing and comfortable environment. Also very clean. I had also a wonderful experience for my manicure and pedicure with Maria. Calming and one on one session. Was provided water and snacks. The room was also a clean space. Highly recommend

Fiona is excellent, very attentive to individual needs and I have had great massages with her both before pregnancy and while pregnant. Good ambiance in the spa, front desk staff are always lovely. Great place to unwind and get some self care!

I am a long time client at Balance Spa because every service I've ever had has been amazing. My latest visit was for a Platinum Hydrafacial which was absolutely outstanding. The cleansing, exfoliation and lymphatic drainage were so relaxing and therapeutic for me. My skin was noticeably brighter and softer after the service. My skin felt so great after this facial. I only wish I can afford to come every month for this service!

What a wonderful place for facial and massage . Very clean and beautiful . I went here in Feb during Valentine’s Day week and Lin did my facial . It was so so relaxing. She is great and really have magic in her hands . Can’t wait for my next facial. I highly recommend this place for your spa , facial massage etc!

My daughter and I had the most dreamy experience at Balance Spa and we haven't been able to stop gushing about it! I had a facial with Angela & my daughter had Kelly. Angela was so warm and energetic, offering gentle massage to go along with a much needed facial cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and skin softening mask. Kelly was amazing in giving my daughter's sensitive skin the attention it needed, while keeping my girl relaxed. Both offered valuable skin care tips to take home with us. I also had a massage with Colleen who left me feeling incredible! The range of motion through my neck and hips after the massage felt a little bit like magic. My daughter had reflexology with Fiona, who my daughter claims is the "sweetest woman ever" with the most soothing touch. Sue was awesome, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We indulged in tea and an assortment of treats at the adorable snack bar. We even got to meet Nan, the owner. She was so attentive and kind, it was no wonder she has such an amazing staff! You can really tell they all love their job! We will certainly be returning as this was the best spa experience I've ever had!

I have been going to Balance Spa for about 6 years now. I always have a great experience. I usually see Linh when I go and she always makes me feel comfortable and provides a great facial. I have always had pleasant interactions with everyone who works there.

Janelle was awesome- she’s very responsive to your preferences when giving a massage. The spa was clean and comfortable, the setting really peaceful.

I love coming to Balance Spa. The ambiance is calm and relaxing. Ive had a few massages here in the past which were all wonderful. This was my first time getting a spa pedicure. Michaela was personable and conversed with me which was exactly what I needed. Even the other technician and her client were friendly and we all chatted together for a bit. I was indecisive with my paint color but Michaela was patient and helpful. I ended up with a perfect color, a well done pedicure and a wonder experience.

Carla D provided me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. She perfectly shaped and polished my nails and gave a long relaxing foot massage. She was so personable and pleasant to chat with as were ALL the technicians in the room. It was such a fun and relaxing atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back!!

I have been going to Ashley for about a year now for facials and wax. I have very sensitive skin and I used to always get burnt by the wax no matter where I go until I found Ashley, she is very professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and a sweet heart!!

Audrey was absolutely amazing! She listened to my concerns and took time to focus on my problem areas. She even took time after the massage to give me some tips on herbal supplements that can help. It was very obvious that she loves what she does and working at Balance. I highly recommend Balance and especially Audrey!

Audrey was amazing! I went in with issues in my upper shoulder and a really bad migraine. She spent a lot of time working on my head which was just incredible and I left feeling so much better! I highly recommend her for anyone that has migraines.

My first experience at Balance Spa was good, but my second experience with a different massage therapist was awesome! I HIGHLY recommend Fiona, the best massage therapist I have ever had. She definitely knows where your stress points are and makes you feel comfortable. The larger room where I had one of my massages is beautiful and relaxing. My husband also had a massage with Fiona and came back home very relaxed and happy. I am booking my first facial there soon and am looking forward to it!
