Carnegie's Café

We are from Tennessee and have had several different servers. Danielle was amazing. In fact, she is best server we have ever had. Charming, courteous, encouraging to her co workers, and attentive. The food was delicious and hot, hats off to the CHEF... We are planning on going back to the restaurant whenever we are in Laughlin because of the food and Danielle.

Ate there a few time while working un the area and staying at the Tropicana. Everything was great except the nachos. Worst nachos I have ever had

After eating on the go for the past 24 hours we were ecstatic to find this cafe in the Tropicana. The menu was pleasantly surprising with a wide range of options. We each tried something different and each meal did not fall short of delicious. But the best part of our experience was our waitress, Lexie. From the moment she sat us at our table to our exit of the restaurant she was welcoming, friendly and helpful. She was certainly a bright spot on this trip to Laughlin!

Our server Cheri was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her. We were a big group we were sitting gals together guys together and she took our orders and gave us a number and then took the order for the gut we were with. She brought the food out and got everyone's order correct. She was so friendly and made our experience amazing. Thank you Cherri you are amazing at what you do.

Maria was beyond a trooper. She demonstrated great multitasking skills and kept herself composed as best as possible given the circumstances she was encountering. During the month of March and approximately 2 weeks ago we came by Tropicana to eat and the restaurant had approximately 10-12 tables with people. Maria was the only person serving food and one cashier checking people out. I was dumbfounded by the lack of staff or management to assist Maria. The cashier was turning people away because the amount of time to order was exceeding 30 minutes. Maria deserves a great kuddos for demonstrating passion, the best customer service she could provide and dedication to her job given at one time even noticed her acknowledging customers in line and seating them despite her being busy.

I was perplexed as to why the cashier did not offer to take orders through register, or offer drinks to people, or help the only host making her best effort to take care of a restaurant full of people.

I’m perplexed as to why a manager would even leave an employee alone at any time given Maria was the only server.

Cherri and Ambar were wonderful. Great customer service and both had a welcoming smile.

Wait staff is attentive and quick. Lexie made sure we were well taken care of. We eat here at least once a week and we always get the best service and good food.

Tracey was a terrific server.. got our orders right the first time and was very nice! The food was wonderful and the receptionist , Tracy, was super efficient. Great breakfast experience!

Stayed at the Tropicana Laughlin for 2 days over New Year's. I worked with Amber the hostess and Eva a server both days. Both very friendly and nice. Prompt and good service. Amber always looked good and dressed professionally. Eva was very present at all times and made sure drinks were filled and needs were met.

My family has been coming here for years. The food is good. Armando is always so wonderful and has been there ever since we started eating here. It’s such a joy to see him as he is always so kind and helpful.

Our waitress cherri Is funny and polite and quick!! We like her. Thank you.

Breakfast was really good and the staff was amazing. It looks like they're short staffed, but they're all working their butts off and are super nice too. They all deserve a raise <3

Maria was slammed with other tables and kept a great attitude and gave us exceptional service! She was a delight.

Had a wonderful breakfast with the help of Ambar. Her multi talents makes the restaurant run smoothly. Melissa after hours restaurant kicked butt and handled us for 2 nights. Very quick service and made sure we had everything to make our meals fantastic! Thank you very much! Great team!

Celebrating my husband birthday we had brunch. The service was great and the waitresses Cherri was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and served the food quickly. The staff was awesome. Everyone helped to make this a great experience.

Lynn was a pleasant server and answered any questions we had concerning the menu.
