Charming shop. We enjoyed talking to the young staff member, who was very amicable and friendly. Proprietor presents the store, as a welcoming place to all. The items are neatly displayed. We particularly liked the Native figurines. In a town full of gift shops, this one stands out.

I had the wrong size tee, they helped me replace with no questions asked. Truly appreciate it. Great people. I live in CO and the tee was too small. They rearranged and shipped me the correct size. THANX, J.L. Silver Co.

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased many items. A coffee mug that had nothing saying it was not dishwasher safe. It totally got mushed up after 1 wash. I brought a folded shirt XXL and got home to see this was like a small. Thank goodness my daughter can wear it. This is my fault for not checking but, I am not happy cause I am too far to return items.

Trouble in Tombstone... We visited this store yesterday and bought many items. None of which were rung up on her register accurately. I specifically asked about the cost of an item, she said it was $6.95. No where on my receipt is there a charge for $6.95, there are many charges for a few dollars more than what the tags stated the cost to be. Looking at the receipt and items later when we got back to our hotel I noticed the scam, she conveniently removed all price tags from all the items I purchased and charged me a few dollars more for each item. BUYER BEWARE, SHE PRAYS ON THE TOURISTS DISTRACTED BY THE ITEMS WHILE SHE RINGS UP YOUR PURCHASE.

My stepdaughter (soon to be) was on a hunt for rocks and gems. She had been in this shop earlier with her grandmother not long before she brought me in there to show me something. I went in with her and my 6 yr old daughter. The woman at the register tells her that she needed an adult and I told her I was with her. She proceeded to drill me with all of these questions like "are you her mother?" And "how old are you?". I am 28 and am flattered that I look young, but she was absolutely rude!! I was planning on purchasing jewelry for my mother in law since we were visiting for her birthday, I didn't bother wasting any more time in that shop and instead went over to Arlenes and gladly spent my money there.

This shop keep made me feel really uncomfortable... The woman working (I assume she was the owner) was just loud mouthed and flat out obnoxious/rude. Just one of those people...I’d just personally shop at the dozens of other shops that all sell the exact same things than this one.... customer service is a very simple thing to grasp... Atleast for most
