Riverfront Cottages & RV Resort

We are making a permanent move to the area after being seasonal workers in the National Parks. We saw this property online and gave it a shot because she offers weekly and monthly rates, plus it's gated which we love. BEST DECISION EVER!!!!! Our unit is not just "furnished," it is FULLY STOCKED!! Down to a crockpot, kiureg, and FULL KITCHEN with utensils. The king size bed is beyond comfortable!!! We are in the middle of the desert, but have amazing A/C!! The unit is super clean and up to date everything. Private beach on the Colorado, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, spa....I could go on and on. Karen definitely knows the hospitality business, and has MASTERED it!! She should seriously be teaching classes on how to run a hospitality business!! We would recommend her property to ANYONE! We literally have worked travelling the country and working hospitality in the National Parks, so we know the business well and this place is a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riverfront Cottages & RV Resort this year. Karen was so accommodating, gracious, and social. Our cottage was stocked with everything we needed and more; plastic containers, mixing bowls, cookware and even a crockpot and blender! The heated pool and hot tub are beautiful and well maintained and you can’t beat the view - the sunsets over Laughlin are spectacular. We highly recommend this resort to snowbirds and vacationers 🏜

The manager Karen and her husband Wayne are great people they will help you with anything you need while you’re here. Great location right next to the Colorado river with a clubhouse and swimming pool if you don’t want to swim in the river. Prices are fair I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

We just spent January & February at this nice rv resort. The cottage, the clubhouse, the laundry room, the pools, everything was clean & well maintained. Karen & Laura are exceptional in their dedication to their guests. We could sit at the pool or at the outside tables to visit with other guests & enjoy the special view of the river. We definitely recommend.

My family flew in to visit my sister Bekah and her partner who are residents here - what a lovely resort! Cannot beat the view and distance to the river, and the pool and clubhouse were such a blast to enjoy. Dan (one of the employees/residents) stepped in the help us with an AC issue and you couldn’t meet a nicer guy. We can’t wait to come back and visit in the future!

I just spent 3.5 months at Riverfront Cottages while working in Bullhead City from out of town. I originally only planned to be in town for a month, but had to stay longer due to some complications. Riverfront Cottages was the perfect home away from home, and so easy to work with while extending my stay multiple times. The managers are the most welcoming and lovely people and took great care of me. The property is beautiful, well maintained and very safe. The pool and private beach are awesome too. I would definitely recommend staying here for any sort of long or short term stay, and if I’m ever in town again will be staying here again.

Well managed facility. Smart location. Quality folks only please. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

We stayed at the Riverfront for 2 months while working outside of Bullhead City. The Riverfront is a beautiful little resort with a nice pool, beach, and dock on the river. The cottages had everything we needed and were very comfortable throughout our stay.

I would definitely here stay again!

Karen is so accommodating, friendly, professional and the best! We spent a month here and can’t say a negative comment. My favourite is that it is so clean and tidy. Feeling at home and relaxed. Will be back again! Don’t think twice, it is a fantastic place.

We stayed here in our RV for the winter, and it was a great experience. We really enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. There were special events regularly. The owners and managers did so much to make our stay special. And they went out of their way when we had a couple of issues related to our RV. We will return if ever in the area again.

My husband and I had originally planned to stay here a week, but when a family member needed help, we cut back the time to 4 days, which lost us the weekly discount. After 3 days, my husband liked it here so well, that he wanted to cancel some other things we'd planned so we could stay a whole week. When I asked Karen if we could get the weekly discount back, she said she couldn't because we had reserved thru AirBnb, but then she offered us a very reasonable rate for the 3 extra days. She had also switched us from the apartment in the back to one of the cabins at our request when we arrived. She was so friendly and accommodating. We really liked the heated pool and spa with the river view. It was never crowded when we were there in mid-April. We hope to come again.

The person who works name Karen is rude and got mad at me and my daughter for things we did not do and the only clean the pool when new people come and they have party's on the weekends all the time. Laura, the Owner is SUPERB!!! Thank you very much for letting us use your facility. However, Riverfront cottages, THANK YOU FOR YOU'RE MEANESS!!! For a first time rv'er this was the WORST!!! Karen the MGR. was the MEANEST person I have EVER MET!!! When we had that little meeting, I didn't realize that I had to not ONLY clean the toilet 4 days out of the week, (7 days) clean the sink every time I used it, I had to buy toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a kneeled, and garbage sacks for the garbage that I use because Jeff, your maintenence man REFUSED to do the garbage I put my pop cans in. When other GUESTS ruin your furniture in your cottages such as the table that was in a front living rm., the 50 inch TV, bed and mattress, and the wicker chairs, I saw in the garbage. Also, the maintenence people who DELIBERATELY take the leaf blower and put the dirt in the swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. 5 weeks NO paper towels, I know I could have said something, but that wasn't my job to do, it was Karen's!!! I never had a key for the paper towl dispenser or soap. Karen, NEVER CHECKED!!! Because she knew I was doing her job!!! And dumping the 2 garbage in the Laundry rm, and bathrm. I DIDN'T KNOW I was your employee, instead of being your GUEST!!! The last day we we're there I came back to pay my bill, and Karen said I WAS SPREADING RUMORS ABOUT no paper towels for 5 weeks, I just told Dan, there painter the night BEFORE!!! I DIDN'T TELL NO ONE!!! IT'S KAREN SPREADING THE RUMORS!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Sorry Laura, you're the BEST and SWEETEST PERSON!!!
