Carefree Mobile Home Park

Deciding to move in this park was one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made. We had no idea where we were moving to but we knew we no longer wanted to live in WASHINGTON
We gave our house to our son and just left we ended up at a sisters house in California. Trying to find a place to live but knew California was a no way. One day my sister said go check out Laughlin. We ended up coming to Bullhead and at the hotel we stayed at. looking out the window there was an over 55 park it looked nice We checked it out. Found a place for sale. We bought it. We felt like we were home and we have been nothing but happy here . The majority of the people here are very friendly and pleasant to be around. The manager is very friendly and willing to help the tenants with whatever she can within reason. When we first found this park it felt like home. We have pot lucks, pool parties and a lot of other activities.

I have to tell you that listening to my mom in the park she lived at I questioned moving into one but I am so glad I did! It is everything I wanted and more and so happy to have met some of the nicest people. We were so use to living around the nasty neighbors and drugs and to be here and not to have to deal with that is awesome! I just want to say this is now my new forever home as long as I as our Lord and Savior will allow us to be on this earth and so happy I moved here! :) Thank you to Sherry our Manager for being willing to give us this amazing community to live in and you don’t know how full my heart is to be here. Thank You! 😊

Have been wintering here at Carefree for the last 15 years never had a bad year the manager Sherry has been doing a great job taking care of the park and making sure that the residents are taken care of. Great little park come on down and enjoy.

I have lived in the park for going on 3 years now. The park is pet friendly and there are always activities going on in the large clubhouse (game night), pool patio (bbqs) or in the park itself (yard sales). Mgt. and residents are great!

Lovely park with a awesome managers and great guests who live here I've meet a few of them they are friendly. awesome pool and they as so have potlucks and everything is clean and I love visiting there great place to move to and great rates for all so come check it out

I have lived in the park a little over a year now and except for the summer heat, still love living here. Not many people join in the activities in the Clubhouse, but I do and always have a good time.

Sherry is a great manager, so helpful and welcoming.

The clubhouse is a nice place to hang out with friends.

The pool outside and patio are also very nice too

Kinda a junky park rents to high at 460.00 ..as is with all parks it is the worst alternative to real estate ..you own your coach but you are burried with space rent..and the rent keeps going up its a lose lose situation...forget this lousy way of living ...its no good

This park is a jem hidden on a hill with a beautiful view has a well maintained pool with beautiful lighting around the pool at night makes you feel right at home.We live full time in our RV and have stayed at a lot of nice places this is 1 of the Best.manager is one of the best we have had in a long long time hope to stay for a long time!

I loved the park, I moved for personal reasons, I miss it already. Thanks Sherry and Mike for being great friends and neighbors.
