Super 8 by Wyndham Williamsburg

I enjoyed my visit. Front desk employee John is really nice young man. And they are making great updates on the hotel. I have to say excellent visit.

Super clean and quiet! We were a little skeptical at first because they allow dogs of any size. But when we arrived in our room, it was super clean, smelled great and our dog did not even do the “sniff” test for other dogs. He just laid down and got comfortable. We were a little late to the continental breakfast and the manager pulled out a few things for us to enjoy! Now THAT is customer service! The place needs some updating, but they are working on it. We highly recommend staying here.

This is an older hotel, it is obvious in the pictures, so just stop there. The staff makes up for any shortcomings, the night clerk immediately put me in a first floor room when I said I was handicapped, I don't look it, but I am, I have balance issues. That brings up the next point, they are actively working on the parking lot and updating handicap access spaces. House keeping was very polite and attentive in the morning and the breakfast area was clean and fresh. Say what you what about the outdated items, it takes time to refurbish an entire hotel and they are starting to, but for me, the linens were amazing, so if you don't like the bed, okay, but the pillows and sheets were a high thread count and good quality, but they do need to update the comforters, I'll agree with that. NOW, the manager BETH, was wonderful and doing an excellent job addressing issues, but it takes time to clean up a yard, house or anything else. Overall, I enjoyed my overnight stay. Well, to be fair, the HVAC unit couldn't warm me, so I brought in my little under the desk foot space heater before I went to sleep. My stay was April 10, 2022.

Upon check in, I was promptly greeted. The manager/owner of this location was kind and personable. The outside appearance of the hotel seemed a bit unassuming, but my room was very clean and tidy! My linens were free of stains or tears. Due to COVID19, the breakfast was limited to a grab and go breakfast.

The staff was so friendly, pool was 9ft and conviently located right outside of room and I really enjoyed my stay.

Great stay. Room was clean. Very nice bathroom. However be care as floor and tub can be quite slippery. Pool was very well maintained and quite clean. We were told pool hours were 10-10however we observed several people swimming much later into the night. So I would assume that is more of a loose rule. Staff was kind and helpful. We were staying at over night while are car was fixed at a garage down the street named Johnny wheels. They allowed us to hang and the pool area and swim after check out the next morning untill we got the call are car was ready. This is the longest review I've written thus far and there is a reason for that. Overall great stay.

Super clean, amazing shower! Night audit guy amazing! Just slept for a couple hours due to just traveling through, but very comfortable beds. Only issue found, housekeeping tried to come in without knocking before checkout but grateful our security latch was locked, otherwise fantastic stay!

We stayed here for a night after leaving the Kentucky splash Waterpark. We booked on Travelocity. We checked in and got to our room, first impression rooms were clean, beautiful pictures on the wall, and comfy beds. We could have used more blankets but for the price it was not a big deal, we slept great. Amoung leaving I checked my bank account and noticed I had been charged 2x, once on Travelocity and once at the hotel. My husband went down and spoke with front desk, she said to call when the manager comes in. So we headed home, we called the hotel at 10 am and the front desk lady told us that they had refunded us the money and they apologized. And we checked our account and it was there.. That was the best experience we have ever had with a front office at a hotel. Super friendly staff. We will be staying here.again

Very friendly staff and helpful. Good price. The rooms were clean and nice. They kept the breakfast open a little past when it was supposed to close so my family and I could eat. The lady in charge that morning even made a fresh pot of coffee for me before I left so I have some for the road. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pleasantly surprised!
We came here after we went to Holiday Inn Express next door and it was completely sold out. No regrets!
Our room here was very clean and spacious, updated decor, nice TV and a lot of channels to watch. Great water pressure in the shower. Soft towels. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker all look pretty new and worked well. Nice little table and chairs. Carpet was newer and clean. Free breakfast. Good location, close to the highway. Employee at check in was nice.
We will definitely stay here again when traveling back from Florida to Michigan. Great bargain.

Side note: pizza from the local Domino's restaurant was good also. Nice overnight stay.

The front desk night clerk was very nice and polite. Our room as well as the rest of the hotel was extremely clean. No bugs. Free breakfast in the morning. Great value, would stay here again.

Super 8 in Williamsburg Ky is very easy to find from the Interstate. The rates were reasonable. Check in was fast and easy. The workers very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and the balcony on the second floor was a nice touch. The breakfast was good. They had a variety of hot and cold foods. I would definitely stay their again if I was in that area.

We enjoyed our stay and will go back next year. Had a great stay! Love they have breakfast in the mornings. Every staff member was extremely nice and helped with any thing we needed. Plus GREAT price for a holiday weekend. Thank you very much!

Nice rooms, great service

Rooms are comfortable and affordable. Don't let the appearance fool you. $70 after tax for 1 bed room.

They do breakfast, cereal, bagels waffles etc...

Room had mini fridge and microwave. Need smoking make sure you request it.

Perfect location for a vacation with family and friends or even alone. The view from the second floor is perfect. Couldn’t stay longer than 7 hours because of other commitments or less this place is worth living for more than 3 days. No complaints about the cleanliness or other customer service.

The beds we're great, the room was affordable, and was nice being able to get a smoking room that allowed dogs with no reservation at 10:00 p.m. right off the interstate. The free breakfast, interestingly enough, included Little Debbie oatmeal pies and honey buns :)
