Mark and Lisa was able to get to our vehicle right away. Diagnosed the issue and repaired it the same day. We are from out of town and are working at the high school. Lisa went out of her way to pick us up at the high school and brought us back to the shop once our vehicle was was ready. I highly recommend Quality Auto Care for mechanic work in Cadiz. Reliable and trustworthy!

We were headed from Paducah to Nashville to catch a flight when the valance panel partially detached and started scraping the road. We stopped at Mark & Lisa's because it was at the next interstate exit. They saw us right away and reattached the part for just $20. We were in and out in 20 minutes and made our flight!

I'm not a car guy but the vibe I got is that this is a serious, old school sort of place where the mechanics know their stuff and can do bespoke work tailored to customer needs (like for example getting back on the road with pit stop speed!).

Stopped in on our way back home to Tennessee with a screw in a tire. They stopped what they were doing to plug the tire and get us on the road again. Didn’t have to wait any time at all. Wonderful folks!

A god send. Was traveling from Tennessee to Illinois and my car died on the side of the interstate in Kentucky, 15 min from Cadiz. I had my 6 month old son, dog, and a car full of camping gear, with a 4 and a half hour trek left for home. I was frantic, got my car towed to the nearest auto shop, being Mark and Lisa’s. By the time I got there I was in tears and my baby was hungry. Lisa made sure the bathroom was clean so I could feed my son in privacy as their team tried to find out what was wrong with my car immediately. Unfortunately it was D.O.A. And the only thing left to do with it was sell it for scrap. I didn’t know what to do. Lisa made a call, and had someone out in 5 minutes to buy it off of me so I could have some cash in hand right then. She looked up pet friendly hotels in the area for me and car rental places so I could get home, as did the gentleman who purchased my Rav. I got a room at The Red Roof Inn down the road a ways for the night as I tried to figure out a way home (no rental car dealerships in the area would allow a drop off in a different location). Mark pulled their own car up by mine, I packed what I needed for the night plus a little of my camping gear into their car and Lisa drove me to the Inn. She stayed in the car with my dog as I took my son and checked into the room. After I got my stuff in the room, she gave me a card to their shop and said to contact her in the morning to let them know what the next course of action was. In the am the next day, I called and asked when would be a good time to come get the rest of my equipment so the gentleman who purchased my car could take it, she said now was fine and gave me the name and number of a local Uber driver who I then called and he picked me and my son up, took us to the shop, and helped me gather the remainder of my camping equipment as one of their employees took the license plates off my vehicle for me. I ended up getting picked up later that day by my husband and got back home safely. I was in a horrible situation, but could not have landed in a better place. I will always be thankful to Lisa, Mark, and their team for everything they did for us. Truly life saving and amazing people. And highly highly recommend them and their services to anyone.

Quality Auto Care is a very reliable, HONEST, and professional full service business. They have taken care of multiple problems on multiple vehicles I have owned over the years. Lisa, Mark and staff go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is in good working condition! They will give you a quote before any work is done too! I trust them and would gladly refer my friends and family to them. They will get you back on the road with good reliable service.

They did an excellent job replacing my corroded battery terminal clamp and wire! It was fast and the tech knew exactly what he was doing.

My girlfriend was coming to visit me. She was driving alone when her car started to get a check engine light on. I helped her find this shop and they were so kind and treated her with respect and care! They took care of her quickly and she was back on the road.

My daughter is staying in the area for an internship, came time for an oil change and another shop said they couldn't get the drain plug out. Being from Wisconsin I looked for a repair facility and came upon Quality Auto Care. I called and talked to Lisa on the phone, explained the situation and she booked me an appointment for the next possible time my daughter could get the car in. It seems the other shop used the wrong size wrench or socket on the plug and half rounded it off. They were able to get the plug out and perform the service. $77 for the total repair. Very honest and stand up shop! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through in need of repairs. Fast and honest! Thank.you for the great service! I was stranded on the road on the way to Nashville. My alternator went out while I was driving. Mark and Lisa were able to get me back on the road immediately and were very kind and helpful. They gave me a veterans discount and picked me up and dropped me off at my motel I had to stay the night at. I strongly recommend them to anyone. Fair prices and excellent service. I will always be thankful and know I have a reliable friend in the area if they are ever needed again. Thanks Mark and Lisa!!!

We were traveling to northern Georgia and had low tire pressure on our travel trailer. Not having any luck with the air pumps at the local gas stations, I googled tire repair near me, and found them within 1.5 miles of the interstate at 24hwy and 68 hwy. Pulled in with our camper and met Lisa inside and explained our low tire pressure situation. Not only were they helpful in airing up the tires, but the tire tech noticed we had 2 different styles of tires and underrated for our application of this camper! He let us know the properly rated tires were in very poor shape with dry rot and the other set were underated by 20lbs. It was very professional of them to let us know the issues and were willing to correct it. Lisa gave us a reasonable price and was willing to repair our situation. Unfortunately, my family member decided not to use their services. For their time and efforts to get us at the correct air pressure they charged us nothing. Very professional and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm thankful that I found them on the internet and they were as helpful as they were!😎

Great work, stayed in communication with me and even downloaded my vehicle codes with a diagnostic printout for me. Very fair prices. I will definitely be coming back for my auto needs.

On a cross country trip to Arizona my alternator went out, of course on a Friday afternoon. I was referred to Quality by a local and they were wonderful not to mention competent and timely. I had the wrong part and they worked with the local O'Reilly's to go the extra 20 miles to get me on the road. Well served at a fair price by nice people. Gratefully

I can't say enough about them! We have been going there for almost 5 years now and they are by far the best experience we've ever had with any mechanic. Mark knows cars really well and they are very honest about what you need and what you don't need. They have blatantly told us things we don't need to replace when we went in there thinking we did many mechanics would take advantage of that and replace things anyway. Just picked up my classic Mustang today and it has never run better I couldn't be happier and we will go back repeatedly whenever we have any car needs. Very nice people.

Great job with our tire that blew out while we are on our way home to northern Illinois. Very fast and great price..they truly save the day for us.

I was backing up to hook up the boat, but the brakes lines on my truck were rusty and blew out, they had no pressure. We had it towed to Mark and Lisa's, and I am very glad we did. It was a big job, and Travis got it done in 6 hours!! That's gotta be some kinda world record!! He replaced all the brake lines with stainless steel OEM lines and was very meticulous!! Lisa even chaufferred us to Cracker Barrel and back during lunch so my wife and I could enjoy a good lunch. This type of courteous quality business is rare, and very much appreciated!

I was referred here from a friend. So I gave them a shot. I stopped by and they gave me a quote in just a few minutes . It was far less than a quote I received at another shop. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and affordable price! I truly believe they are not trying to get rich off anyone. They are just trying to do quality work at a fair price!

We were traveling home from Tennessee when our wheel started making an odd noise. We pulled off at the Cadiz exit and found Mark & Lisa's Quality Auto Care. Turns out our lug nuts had come loose. We really appreciate how quickly they were able to get us taken care of so we could safely return home.

Mark and Lisa were extremely professional and beyond helpful. I was in Cadiz for a funeral when I had car trouble. I showed up at 8:30am on Monday morning and they not only fixed the problem, but found a second issue that I was not aware of that also needed repair. They were transparent on the cost of parts and mechanic time. And, they provided warranty information on the parts. Thank you to the NAPA Auto Parts guy for the referral!

Our car broke down while on vacation and Mark and Lisa were very helpful. They diagnosed the problem, priced several alternatives and helped us evaluate. In the end, we decided to sell the car rather than fix it and they helped us find a buyer even though they didn't profit from it. Quality folks!
