El Guadalajara

We are from Oregon. We have eaten at hundreds of Mexican restaurants there, here and in between. This by far was one of out best experiences. Everything from the basic chips and salsa, refried beans and rice to the meals we ordered, was excellent. Well above average. Service was great and food arrived beautifully piping hot. Really made our day! Thank you!

WOW! Amazing Mexican food! We were pleasantly surprised. Our waiter was very attentive. We enjoyed the warm chips and salsa. The chimichanga was one of the best I’ve ever had and I even had leftovers to enjoy the next day. Thank you for the great dining experience!

It's really really good. there really nice. very good food and the guacamole is the bomb. I would highly recommend trying it out

My all time favorite Mexican. Not just in Russell Springs either. Went to Texas last week and ate at an “Authentic” Mexican restaurant and it didn’t compare to this one.

Our first visit to here and we were thrilled !! We are eating plant based food for a few months and we’re so happy they had Vegetarian dishes! Lunch was busy, but staff were very attentive! I’d recommend you try it out!!

WOAH!! Where do I even start on this place?? Are you kidding me? The food? AWESOME. Service? AWESOME. Atmosphere? AWESOME. I have moved all around the US and don’t know anywhere else that I can get such a fine cuisine with a welcoming environment and excellent service! If I could give this place an 11/10 I would. I will most definitely be revisiting this establishment every time I’m in town. Hector (our server) really knows what he is doing and is welcoming to all out-of-towners. My food always comes out hot and fast. Not to mention the margaritas are 1 of a kind with a perfect blend I can’t seem to find at other Mexican restaurants across the US. If you are looking for a small town restaurant that will be sure to provide you a great time, great food, and magnificent drinks, this place is for you. I can’t begin to express my deep love for this lovely restaurant. 10/10 recommend. Believe me when I say you should try this place out! Love it 👍🏼

A friend introduced me to this place a year ago and since I’m back in the area temporarily I knew I wanted to come back. Great service and delicious food.

Had the Loco Burrito. HUGE and AMAZING. Almost ate it all. Unreal. Amazing.

Great food, good atmosphere, speedy service

El Guadalajara is our favorite place to eat! We drive 16 miles one way just to eat there at least once a week. The food is delicious and the daily special prices are unbeatable. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great, especially with their nice outdoor dining patio!

Great food. Stayed in Russell Springs and just randomly chose this restaurant seeing the 4+ rating. After eating we realised that was best decision, great food and great service!! Must try.

Food is always excellent, waitresses are always friendly. They make the best salsa too.
