Pier 95 RV Park

Sad to report but John and I have sold our lovely Pier 95 BHC. It is hard after many years, 13+, to finally say goodbye. It was a wonderful experience, and we will miss many of you that we met along the way. We hope the new buyers and their management group follow our lead and treat all current and future Pier residents with respect and kindness. Thank you all.

It was a wonderful place to stay at. Owner is super nice. Sites are easy to pull into. Full hook ups. No bathrooms or showers- must use yours. The Colorado river is so beautiful. We took dips in the morning and at night to cool off.

What can be better than an RV parking with lots of privacy and a direct access into a little semi-private beach? Great business and owners, we sure had fun and will come back again

We love this place!!! The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. The park is super clean, and the views of the river are gorgeous. Thank you John and Debbie for make our stay so enjoyable.

Hidden gem ! When we first saw the entrance we assumed we would be disappointed because it was right on the highway, however, when you pull in .... awesome! John and Debbie are working hard to make the place amazing, the river view is amazing and it feels like home. We are from Canada and we were welcomed like old friends. Highly recommend and we will return.

My husband and I (and two dogs) stayed at Pier 95 for 3 months and loved every minute of it! The owners, John and Debbie were very friendly and helpful in any way they could be.. The were very accommodating with all our extras outfits. Wonderful place to stay, they took very good care of the grounds. Made us feel welcome and at home! Thanks again, we will keep in touch!

Friends invited us to Arizona not knowing they had a River floating thing that weekend. We booked our space with Pier 95 RV Park. Debbie and John are great people, friendly, and very helpful. Text message confirming our deposit, reminders before our weekend, and the day of our stay. Our spot was clean, wide enough that we were not stacked overlooking the river. We will come again to bring our kids next time. Thank you Debbie and John great staying in your RV park.

Nice place very friendly people nice management good river access

Pier 95 is a little RV Park with a big heart. The owners are fantastic. They always have a big smile and will ask if you if you need anything. The RV sites are over sized. Not only do you not feel packed in like sardines like most parks. You have room for your truck and a boat if you have one. My husband stayed there for 6 months and everyone in the park got along. I worked nights at the hospital and never had trouble with noise during the day when I was trying to sleep. Pier 95 is a hidden gem on the river. 💖

We spent a week here.The park sits right next to the Colorado River, yes you can walk down to it and put your feet in it. It's very cold. The owners are great folks.

Pier 95 is a great water front RV Park stay a day, week or month. Wonderful views, boat access with storage, shaded areas, pet friendly and the owners make you feel at home. Local to shopping and casinos. Sounds like a review, come see for yourself.

Our stay was great, got a reservation with no hassle! When we got there we were greeted and welcomed to the park. The park is very clean and quiet! I would absolutely stay here again!!
