By far the best apartment complex in Laughlin. Grounds are clean, landscaping is healthy, amenities are always in great condition. The leasing staff is super welcoming and happy to help you and the maintenance staff never misses. Love it here.

We’ve lived here now almost 3 yrs absolutely best place around. Staff, Mgmt and maintenance are are friendly and very efficient. Staff are very quick at setting maintenance appts up as well as maintenance getting to the problem quickly. Amenities are great. Will live here to our end. Great place folks

We loved here for 3 years and loved these apartments they have a friendly staff and good security patrol apartments are big we had the 3 bedroom with 2 bath good pools and doggie runs lots of parking carport style

This apartment complex is wonderful. We recently signed our second yearly lease and our experience has been fabulous. I love waking up in this home.

Lots of the people who live here have dogs, so they made us dog parks. The grounds, however, are clean, as there is a 200 dollar fine for leaving the waste behind.

The view of the mountains from my balcony is perfect with my morning coffee. ❤

I visited my nephew and there was ample parking and the place was nice.

I haven’t had anything done since I moved here. But besides Bret, Daniel is wonderful. He fixed my light switches and covered the hole in my little pantry.Fixed it so I no longer smell cigarettes in my apartment. Daniel also have tips on where to eat and get a great burger. Thank you Bret and Daniel. You guys are the best. Best of there is Anna. She is a great asset to this company.

I've been here about 1 1/2 months. The apartment is just right for me both in size and amenities. The minor apartment issues I had were addressed quickly. The grounds are well maintained. The residents seem nice.

I have lived here for 4 years and love it. When I call for maintenance, they respond immediately and take care of any problems I have. The grounds are well maintained and it is a very relaxing place to live.
The Vista's offer entertainment for residents every week and services such as computers, faxing, etc.
You really feel like you are a part of a nice community. The staff are all professional and friendly.
It is a great place to live.

Just moved here from Minnesota and my first impressions are great. The three outdoor pools at the complex make me feel like I'm not so far from the land of 10,000 lakes. My unit had new carpet and paint, the staff lent me a furniture dolly to help unload my belongings, and they have been very helpful anytime I have questions. Rent is very understandable with the amenities and the size/quality of the apartments. 10/10 would recommend.
