Colorado River Oasis

We loved it here. We were in our little trailer. The people we're so friendly and helpful. I will be going back soon. Everything is well maintained. I never would have guessed this little Oasis was here. I want to thank the girls who run this place they made it very pleasant and helpful

What beautiful beautiful place so very pleasant. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The park is clean, the laundry room and the club house very enjoyable. Will definitely come back for more than just one night. Loved it

Love this place. We had a great RV space with nice area to ourselves with picnic table and bbq. Check in was piece of cake cause Sabrina is the best. She even called right before we arrived to ensure we found it ok. Very grateful we weren’t bumbling around as she cared we arrived.
The grounds. We were in heaven. There is a nice clubhouse (kitchen , tv, gym and even a pool table) and a view that is unbelievable. You are ON the water. Stone steps down to boat dock , beach area and a platform to just sit there…on the water, under the palms and sun. 😎
Huge private bathrooms to use for showers. There is a pool and spa.
We cannot wait to come back and are planning our next trip already.

A lovely little park. Friendly staff, nice pool/hot tub, steep but easy access to the boat ramp. The husband said the showers were great as was the clubhouse. My dog loved the water.

We've been going to Laughlin and Bullhead for years but never came across this amazing amazing spot. What a find! This is one of the finest maintained RV Resorts you will find anywhere. It is clear that the staff truly takes pride in keeping everything immaculate. Sabrina and Randy made our stay perfect. The location couldn't be better being just steps away from the Colorado River. And the amenities are first class. We can't wait to come back.

Love, love, love this place. Beautiful, calming, and quiet. Only negative is that it's not really a pet friendly RV Park. The maintenance worker was constantly on us about our dogs and being on leashes, when they were and not running loose. Also, there is no doggie run or place for them to potty. It wasn't so bad for just a couple nites stay, but I might look elsewhere it we were to stay longer.

Clean. Relaxing. Outstanding service. Bullhead City is full of Dumps representing as Motels and RV Parks. This establishment is NOT a dump. Very very clean rooms. Everything is well kept, well stocked and very vacationing welcome. We literally only needed our cloths, towls and food! Beautiful Clubhouse for Family time. Very nice private beach and river access. This is one of Bullhead Cities Best Vacation spots!!! 10 + 😀

We stayed here for the 2016 Bullhead City Regatta. What a great RV park! Extremely clean, very well maintained and great location right on the River. The park Managers, Dave and Laurie, were awesome!! Super friendly and accommodating...... definitely made us feel welcome and "part of the family". We will definitely be back!!! Leslie & Hertz

Awesome! Clean, good Sam discount. Right off the river with a little "oasis" for the kids & dogs to swim in off the river. Pool, hot tub, WiFi, SUPER friendly staff. Stores & restaurants close. Will for sure be returning with our family soon!! We really enjoyed this place! We have a 28ft trailer that fit great too ;)

Clean rv park right on the river.
The park model we rented had a great view of the Colorado river. It was very clean and cozy a/c was on when we arrived kept us nice and cool when we weren't in the water. Overall a well kept place!

Not handicap friendly. There was no beach access. They advertised a lagoon. You couldn't get to it. It only had boat ramp. People did the best they could on the boat ramp to enjoy water, dince it was so hot. No csnlr like they advertised.
Had a trailer next to us that had 2 puppies that had them out in the heat for an hour. Knocked on the door, no one there but a child, adults were gone and the child would not let the puppies inside. I gave them water. So sad
Called Manager. He didn't care. Then at 6am. Puppies were out again and barked till 7am. The park was clean. Would we come back? No.

Great friendly hosts, nice private CLEAN showers, wide spaces, awesome spot on the river. It's in a part of town with poor cell service and the wifi was typical campground wifi so it was kind of isolating (can be good or bad depending what you're after). South facing spots get a LOT of sun so plan accordingly throughout the year. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this RV Resort ❤. Friendly staff, very clean clubhouse, laundry room and showers/restrooms. Nice and quiet and the walk down to the river side is beautiful 😍

Spent 2 nights there, very clean and well kept resort with full hook-ups located in Bullhead city across the river from Laughlin, friendly staff very courteous and helpful. If you're visiting Laughlin with your RV this is the place to stay.

Nice quit place... very clean. Nice size sites was able to get my 42ft 5th wheel in with no problems. Just wish the beach and water area was a little bigger but other then that it's a nice place to go to

Beautiful convient location, very clean and well managed. We loved our trip and recommend staying at Colorado River oasis to everybody.

I haven't stayed here, but I have worked at this location trimming all their trees and skinning palms. From my interactions with everyone there tenants or staff they all have been extremely friendly, polite and helpful.

Nice little place with the best beach on the river! Staff is wonderful! Location is perfect! Close yo everything and a doggie day care right across the street!

Excellent RV park: well maintained, very clean showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities; very accommodating hosts. We were impressed, great value for the money. Thank you for your hospitality.
