The staff in the pharmacy is very knowledgeable and kind.

We were in line at 1:25 at our formerly neighborhood Highlands CVS. The person at the window slammed it shut and although he hear us say we were going home to Greensburg - he said he didn’t care- come back at 2 . We needed to pick up something on our way home and we have waited on those slow service for too long. Having our prescriptions transferred to Campbellsville because of customer service and if in Louisville will use Walgreens from now on . Rudeness always loses you business.

Had a great experience using the photo ordering on line. Was able to use 1/2 of code & pictures were finished in one hour!

In the world 🌎 of “information overload” good old fashioned “service” is a very valuable “commodity”.
Thank you CVS, management has seen an opportunity to assist the disabled and aging society they serve.

Eh it's fine

It's an okay store but the pharmacy takes forever even if they aren't busy. It's ridiculous that it takes so long and I would suggest going elsewhere.

Not my favorite place to go, the females are very prissy and I dislike even bothering at the pharmacy because it's a hassle with them.

Very rude. Ive been trying to pick up my husbands RX after his surgery the boy that answers the phone literally hung up on me. Then later after I called back he told he used caller ID to look up his information on the computer, is that even legal? I dont know. Seems like they need some restructuring of employment.

Giving one star because no stars was not available. Do not use this pharmacy it is completely unreliable this is the 4th time I’ve went to get a refill only to find the pharmacy closed this time for Friday Saturday and Sunday. Other people were waiting to pick up meds called in for their sick children only to find pharmacy closed for weekend this is unacceptable. As soon as I can catch them open transferring all my families prescriptions to Kroger. AGAIN NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO BE THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM

Dont use these ppl its a drug store but here it is on a Saturday an the pharmacy is closed who poses as a drug store but isn't open on the weekends for ppl to get meds ill be trying to find another place to get meds I hope they go the way of the other woke places

The store is supposed to be open, it’s Sunday and it’s 09:00AM and the lights are one, phone and internet says it’s open but doors are locked. Very unfortunate.
