My daughter and I stopped in to browse the selection of wedding gowns and were treated wonderfully by the staff. They chose several beautiful dresses that fit my daughter's taste to a tee. They did an amazing job at helping her find the perfect dress and were so very helpful. They explained everything we needed to know. They made us feel welcome and treated my daughter with care. I can tell that these ladies love what they are doing. Excellent customer service!!

I had a great experience with finding and purchasing my wedding dress from here. I went to the bridal district in Cincinnati and didn’t find a thing I liked. I walked into Chantilly’s and found my dream dress! Not to mention, it was reasonably priced. The workers were so polite and fun to work with. I definitely recommend this dress shop!

These ladies were awesome during my fitting for my wedding dress. I told them price range, what I was looking for and they worked with me for a long time and we found the perfect one. Can't wait to pick it up. They are also doing some custom alterations for me.

Beautiful dress..great price..great service. They even registered the dress so no one else will have that dress at that dance from them. In the Kroger / Kmart area. Our Google maps gave us the run around.
